Distiller can take them out cheaply, filter equipment capable of doing this
will require a much bigger init investment. A small RO filter unit will take
out some, but not 100%.
Check this out for more info, a home distiller will look like your outside
ac unit. It does drain some water out (so not 100% efficient)

国内农村盖房子稍有不同：
第一层：粗沙 + 水泥 + 水 --》 粉刷第一遍
第二层：细沙 + 水泥 + 水 --》 粉刷第二遍
第二层：石灰 + ... + 水 --》 粉刷第三遍
和国内的作法比起来，这边的stucco做法简直就是偷懒的做法。
“水泥墙”，stucco墙，出现裂缝的原因，没有多大不同：挤压（settlement）,收缩
不均 （温度+水分)。

之前一直有宫缩现象，24周时宫颈还有3cm
25周6天（12/3）深夜， 忽然发现有血,赶紧送医院，发现宫颈只有2.3cm (收缩时）。
住院开始。宫缩平凡
次日（12/4）医生开始各种治疗: magnesium, 还有打防RDS针， 。。。
半夜发现居然开了两指！
今天是住院第二天（12/5），宫缩略为减少。Bed rest, 希望能为宝宝争取每一个小时！

发帖数: 109 | 45 我现在36周长了45磅，怀孕前是105，但是都是在肚子上，从25周就有人以为我快生了
。很多人都说到了最后几个星期miserable,我觉得还不至于，我觉得每天散步很好，还
有pelvic tilt, kegel,越早开始越好，最近几个星期觉得明显下身有压力，脚肿，但
是没什么不能忍受的。
50％的双宝是vaginal birth,我们的计划是用了个很有经验的midwife,作为doula陪我
們去医院，等到至少5～6cm再去。我很怕他们给我IV， continuous EFM, pit和
epidural,而且在医院里不能吃喝（十几个小时下来不要饿死渴死？）。我们选的医院
有jacuzzi,准备等到push的时候再出来。
现在正努力争取能够捱到38周，不少的双宝妈妈都有preterm labor,然后都去医院打
magnesium停止contraction，还有打steroid to speed up lung development, 想到他
们要进NICU就可怕，我也想avoid C-section at all costs,我們十分憧憬skin to
skin, rooming |

1. 每个人开指的速度不同，不是每个人开到八九指就能很快就能生了，，不论多晚
，上epidural都不算晚。不过，尽量早上epidural,不要忍到受不了。
2. 乳头敏感的人，如果开指慢，可以考虑nipple stimulation（用热毛巾揉乳头，
对我自己三分钟见效）, 实在不行再上催产素，特别对于当时还不太疼没打麻药的时候
（能在地上走）。
3. 上了麻药之后就没有感觉了，开始push之前自己用手感觉一下宫口的位置，这样
才知道往哪里使劲，避免做无用功。
4. 宝宝快要出来的时候（见到头了），不要push的太用力，一点一点来，并且要求
医生给保护，防止撕裂（虽然美国这边是不给保护的，但是慢慢来应该会好些）。
5. 产后从开始服用pain medicine,就一起服用Colase (stool softener),尽量早上
厕所。如果有困难，跟护士要求milk of magnesium, 6小时之内就有效果，防止用力拉
扯伤口。这两种laxative都是over the counter,并且breast feedin |
