million degrees) together with them. Due to some
motions, positive magnetic field collide with the

the cancellation of magnetic energies, and particles
will be accelerated. Flares occur, and large amount
of particles are ejected from the solar corona.

谢灿的文章《A magnetic protein biocompass》终于在《Nature Material》上发表了
，首先恭喜一下作者的文章发表。这也意味着，我们首次有机会比对谢灿与张生家的文
章，对两人关于“抢发”文章的争议做出有一个客观评价。
首先，我来总结并点评一下谢灿的文章所描述的研究成果。

文章回顾了目前已经提出的动物利用磁场定位的机理。第一，光感蛋白Cryptochromes
（Cry）可以在光线刺激下对地磁场产生反应，而缺失这个蛋白的果蝇会失去磁感应的
能力，因此Cry被认为对动物磁感应起重要作用。但是Cry本身不具备磁极性，因此不具

最好的学区反而没有magnet school和gifted program. 所谓学区好只是平均水平最好
，对一般的孩子最好。
要判断会不会上gifted program和magnet school可能还要等到孩子大一点再决定。
不过真准备放养的话放在好区的一般学校也不错。 |

初高中允许提前两三年的学。我们这一个很牛的Magnet初中自备Algebra 2的老师，要
是学生水平还高的话，就送到附近的Magnet高中修pre-calc和Calculus。
美国这边教材是很适合自学。我现在也在带着儿子过高中数学，基本上就是他自己学。

如果有人问起，我会回答我是亚裔美国人，如果继续追问，我会答是华裔。很少人会回
答“华裔美国人”。很少人这么说，所以我觉得这个词念起来怪怪的。也很少人会回答
“美国出生的中国人”，在中国土生土长的人倒是常用这个词形容我来着。
我和朋友们认为我们是亚裔美国人主要是因为所受的教育。从幼儿园起，学校就有不同

Magnet是不是抽签决定的？ 那就是说所有的人的概率一样了？ 那老黑也应该不少啊？ |

发帖数: 348 | 49 你误会了，Magnet 学校里有一部分就是划区进去的，住附近的孩子，你去那几个学校
看看就知道了，都在烂区。当初县里故意把Magnet Program 放在烂校，是希望带动那
些孩子，还有就是县里有规定，一所学校里吃免费午餐的不能太多。
Fuller，Ligon，Enloe 都是AG 的，学生要考试在95% 以上才有资格抽，老黑几乎没有
。有的Magnet 不要考试，但是也要网上申请，估计老黑懒得申请吧。 |
