既然是普通家庭，普通人，当然就先顾着你普通人的生存和小康，十万工资，你不辛苦

奋当然不够，原因很简单，一般的勤奋就是十万工资的水平。
资本主义社会，金钱的威力当然巨大，有钱人可以给子女创造用钱可以买的很多教育培
养机会。你不服，就只有想办法变得有钱，还怎么办 ？
一辈子就这样的经济状况，也不是说你一辈子就多么悲惨了，普通人活一辈子也是个活
法，就算失败，也是一般的，随大流的失败。更何况十万工资，80万房子，在三亿美国
人里，已经过得上游了好不好。
你要是出身在工人家庭，智商100左右。那你从小就没那么大野心和眼界，考试中等偏
下，以后读个技校什么的就在自己城里一辈子了打工了，也快快乐乐。和这里的劳模一
样。
你要是出身在高级中产(upper middle class)，并且智商至少150+。 那你靠着自己牛
逼靠着爹妈牛逼到哪儿自然发光，一辈子随随便便就能混到高级中产甚至上层阶级.

什么叫做make teamate better? 不是说你让队友的能力提升了，这不是场上球员的责
任，而是属于教练开发组的。make teammate better,意思是最大效果发挥体系的作用
，让队友在该体系下”看上去better"，拿到超过该球员水准大家期望的统计数据。比
如纳什的传球让队友拿分容易，所以阿猫阿狗都能拿一手漂亮的统计数据，但这种“
better”不是说纳什让该球员真的牛逼了，个人能力强了。同样make teammate worse
也是这个意思，不是说你让队友的能力变差了。而是队友本来有那个能力，但由于你的
存在系统运转不流畅让该球员打不出来，统计数据看上去很差。
回头来说韦德，韦德变差了，是能力身体变差了还是依旧很牛只是在场上打不出来？看

个原先做market making的韩国人。我觉得主要区别在于：
那个韩国人做option market making的，好像叫什么scalping/volatility arbitrage
，trader的工作就是用一些工具fit volatility curve，好像策略是buy volatility,
sell volatility...具体就是有个volatility curve，如果有个option在curve上面就
卖，如果有个option在curve下面就卖，然后还要反向操作对应的future去hedge，但每
次还是有10 cents左右的利润，然后乘以一些系数就是赚的钱。反正买卖的时点都是很
确定的，系统自动程度很高，trader手动做的部分就是当系统漏了一些option的时候手
动去买；quant的工作就是搞模型算volatility，其实我还是不大明白quant跟trader的
工作具体有什么不同；那个韩国人是IT，他负责测试策略和遍交易系统，他们公司大概

Saturday that he has no intention of quitting the presidential race despite
a growing chorus of Republicans urging him to step aside in the wake of
sexually aggressive remarks he made in 2005.
