多数时候可能不需要hydraulic modeling 的output来作为input,但可能也有例外
譬如,如果市政府决定2年design storm下,manhole如果surcharge超过3米(或者N米以至
于有可能引起house basement backup的话),这些manhole比起其他的manhole(surchage
低于3米或责根本不surcharge)在这方面给予的 criticality 就应当高些.这个是污水
的例子.LZ做的市给水,可能有相识的情况. 很明显,哪些 manhole surchage会超过3米,
要依靠运行model.可以modeler将数据直接给GIS的人(access,或者简单的excel表),或者
GIS和模型软件的结合(直接获取结果). |

电缆明显有冗余长度，可以拖出来，把故障点切开来，修好后恢复绝缘，包好，重新扔
回去就行了。
国内是没有这么好的条件，国外电缆工作，在manhole上搭个棚，直接放个空调。国内
就直接下去。 |

看来你是内行，说得都很对。这个系统是15年前装的。我没有任何说明书。town里也没
有图纸。auto档不能正常运转，可能float有问题。hand档工作了一小会儿，污水下去
了2feet然后就不动了- 不知道是不是什么东西卡住了。后来去院子里也听不到马达嗡
嗡的闷响，不知道马达有没有烧坏，或者是过载保护了？不太懂电。后来找了一个专门
修pump的techinician.他说马达烧坏了。不知道真的假的，因为他根本没有接触pump.
pump在井里，他们说井里空间太小，没法找到pump.需要掘地另外开一个manhole把pump
拿出来换掉。我觉得现在的情形就是plumber不懂电和pump, pump technician不懂
plumbing找不到pump或者不知道正确的方法取出pump.懂电的自己慢慢琢磨肯定不难。
可是我不懂电，也没有力气摆弄pump，自己动手是没有可能。就希望能找一个懂的，用
市场价解决问题。唉，看起来，没有什么中国师傅懂。

似乎城里供应天然气的的主管道（main feeder pipe）老化之后，很难挖掘替换，
所以容易引起天然气泄露。
文章说：有个研究还是波士顿大学和杜克大学一起做的， 说在华俯街上发现近6000个
泄露点，波士顿2012年则发现3356个泄露点，如果电线电缆地下井就在附近， 且有火
花或者断路发生， 那么就会引起爆
炸。
还提到波士顿， 芝加哥， 纽约有不少（老化的）铸铁管作为城市天然气主管道， 政
府数据说大量的off record天然气, 也就是说输出和输入不等时， 管道泄露点恐怕是
主要的导因了。

update一下运输：大家提到的各种运输方式，其实我们都知道
无非两种，UPS 或者大使馆联系的那边UA等，这种无论如何都要协调
需要申请，尤其是UPS
另外一个是领事馆现在联络的中国城一个运输公司，这个很方便，多了他们来取
少了我们去送，急了直接送机场。只有一个问题，就是只能送四川民政厅
我们考虑口罩要得急，送到民政厅估计调配比较慢，所以还在协商怎么能送到
UPS，反正所有口罩到也要明天了

要不请blender现在看看扣除口罩咱还有多少钱可以调配

来。
3月日本东北地区大地震，东京近郊的浦安市液体化现象很严重。地面冒水冒沙不说，
manhole也能冒出地面，最高的冒出近两米。
youtube上用液状化现象检索能搜出好多来。下面的链接有地震后液体化现象发生后的
街道。液体化现象导致停水，好几个星期都没法恢复，后半部分有居民打水，公用厕所
的图像。

如果是高层建筑，7，8层的房子地基也能打到地下200多米，只是受点停水之苦倒也罢

经常都是天气瞎报，所以只要出门时没下我就骑。
NND，结果骑出去不远就开始下雨了，不大。但是进城后就哗哗起来，浇了个全湿。冻
死了！路上的manhole浇湿了后还贼滑，刹车距离也翻了好几倍，感觉危机四伏，只好
小心翼翼地捏着闸慢行到公司。
下午天放晴了，下班后又骑回家。结果骑一半又TM的下雨了。天也黑了一半，还刮大风
