在狗身上花很多心思。比如街上很少看见狗牵人跑或者看见陌生人就扑上去的情况。这
都是花心思训的结果。国内养狗还没有普遍的教育狗的意识，这点差距要承认。阉狗在
国外基本是必须，主要是防止狗在发情期情绪失控。不过还有比这更残忍的。有的狗就
是喜欢叫，实在管不好，就去把丫声带切了。所以有些大型犬却只能发出沙哑的叫声。
这种多半是声带被咔嚓了。有有动物保护组织的人反对这种手术，不过ms影响力不大。 |

辩论的时候主持人问到了他跟MannaTech的关系。MannaTech,一听这名字就知道装神弄
鬼，manna是圣经出埃及记里面上帝赐给以色列人的神奇食物。MannaTech号称他们的补
剂可以治愈癌症、自闭症等多种疾病，。在下面的视频里面，卡森声称MannaTech的产
品让他前列腺癌的症状在三个星期内就消失了，他甚至考虑因此不做手术（当然他最后
还是做了手术，否则今天你可能看不到他在选总统了）。
不过我强烈建议中医粉投票给卡森，知音难觅啊。 |

我练习安般息念只有一年半时间，尽量坚持每天练习一个小时以上，是一个百份百的菜

安般息念以呼吸为所缘，取其中的“概念法“成分作持续专著觉知，是三摩地修行的最
受喜爱的业处之一。对大多数菜鸟来说，止禅的第一座高峰就是色界初禅。色界初禅的
五个特点：寻，饲，喜，乐，持续专注（一境性）是通过对治五盖而达到的。五盖是指
“贪，嗔，疑，昏沉，掉举”。我每天一个半小时的练习中，大约有半小时用于安般息
念的前方便，一小时用在入出息上。下面我对自己练习的每一步骤进行描述，并对个人
理解的法理进行讨论。请大虾们批评指正。

在厦大住了五年，颇有点感情，正值莘莘学子离校之际，总结厦大十“爽”，以资
大伙儿在心底留点儿念想。
1.建南大礼堂前体育场看台上清晨或黄昏小坐，看远方的海天或近处的臭球篓子们
挥汗射门
2.凌云四或五楼顶天台上看日出日落，吹山风
3.夏日图书馆西侧走廊上黄昏散步，看经济学院方向飘来若干彩衣少女，裙袂翩翩，
落日余晖中隐现迷人曲线，然后饮一口厕所边饮水机的冰水聊解饥渴之心
4.海滨浴场浪高时冲入海中，引无数沙滩美女竞折腰
5.心情寂寥时到南普陀放生池边溜达，买块蛋糕喂池里的王八
6.去南光抱个大西瓜，呼朋引伴到芙蓉湖边光膀子瞎侃（男）
7.在“晓风”买本好书，到芙蓉湖边看，顺便偷睃几眼光膀子瞎侃的男生，必要且
可能时坚决参与并分食西瓜（女）
8.校门口坐２９路车兜一个来回，浏览海边风光
9.宿舍水房内，深夜十二点，裸体群浴，高唱田震“野花”一类摇滚
10.建南大礼堂看电影，女嗑瓜，男吃烟，有镜头时一块儿起哄，“呵呵！！！！”
