observation: it is so powderful in those long arc turns, good in crud, ok in
powder, ok on grooms, no good in bumps or short turns. It is not a soft ski
so not a good option if you like to play some tricks. Lastly, heavy and
demanding, but can be very fun in those powdery days with long turns or no
turns. |

I like skis with funcy looking,good jump and jib functionality. Bought 2010 line
blend with good deal. New 2011 line blend are built with rocker, that's why 2010 was on sale.
I may jump for a rocker next season if I save some money...

I like skis with funcy looking,good jump and jib functionality. Bought 2010 line

。今天这算第一帖，很多行规和术语还没看懂。经常看到斑竹给包子，好事还是坏事？
肉包子还是菜包子？好像高手发言都是三言二语的，俺写一大篇，是不是违反规矩？不
过确实有问题向高手请教，包子还是窝头也管不了那么多了。
上周末去了趟Kirkwood。NN多年前去过一次，早就记不清楚啥样儿了。这次就跟第一次
一样，很新鲜。雪场人不多，不用排队。REI或者Sports Basement有卖$50/二张成人票
。所有周日小孩免费。一家四口花50块钱滑了一天，很过瘾。上周日还是最后一天可以
用当天的票钱用来买下年度的季票，外带免费buddy ticket和BBQ。Kirkwood雪场开到
五月一号。其实还有不少雪，但是人少雪场不赚钱，就关了。五月和六月份只能去
Squaw和Mammoth滑雪了。

父母很早就开始注意routine，还是经常出兮兮。回过头来看，我希望我自己那个时候
再放松一些，有些时候在你还没找到原因之前，宝宝又变化了。这个时期基本思想就是
引导宝宝朝一个好的目标发展，但哪天off了也放松，给宝宝时间。
1/ 什么样的哄睡方法正确？
我理解的shh/pat是宝宝需要你帮助的时候，比如哭了或fuss哭了，shh/pat可以帮助宝
宝block外界的干扰，注意力集中在shh/pat的节奏上然后慢慢入睡。如果你宝东张西望
或盯着一处看没有哭，也许先不要打扰他，或者很小声地,看他能不能自己睡，哭了你
再shh/pat；开一个白噪音也能起到类似的作用，宝宝哭声大了白噪音声音也开大，转
移宝宝注意力，然后再慢慢小下来（这方法我家4个月的时候我试过有用，不知道普适
不）。你一直在宝宝身边不要太害怕他哭，听几次你才能积累经验。
宝宝哭的时候如果你shh/pat效果不好（我自己没有经验，看网上的帖子的）很有可能

差, 每个晚上哄睡半天还老醒. 白天更糟都是哄半天才睡还是抱着睡.
终于熬到公婆走了,趁外公外婆还没来,赶紧开始预谋已久的sleep train,实在是受不了
晚上每隔一个小时起来哄睡 而且更主要担心对她大脑发育也不好. 看了一些书, 也看
了版上近一年来的帖子,做好了让她哭到睡着的心理准备, 准备用的是PUPD(5,10,15分
钟).
前天晚开始的,七点多点就洗澡,喂奶,放小绵羊,宝宝只大哭了十二分钟就不哭了(我们
在五分钟时进去安慰下, 在十分钟不到时她就改为mantra crying, 所以没再进去) ,她
哼哼了十分钟,七点五十睡着了,前前后后共二十二分钟, 一觉睡了四小时,为娘的我激
动都快哭出来了, 我已经不记得上次她一口气睡四小时是什么时候了.十一点四十又哼
哼, 我喂了她, 放回小床, 没哭, 呀呀着睡着了. 然后三点半又哼哼,我给她换尿布,不
想喂她,又想着她白天吃得太少(不知道是不是感觉到爷爷奶奶走了,不习惯我们喂她,

时间过得好快啊，早上起床已经能听到鸟的叫声了，树上也开始有了新芽。居然冬天就
要过去了，春天就要来临了，有种按捺不住地期待+憧憬+微微复活般的感觉。。。。。
。。（这个是不是对寒冷的嗔心以及对温暖的贪心？？？？？）
从去年12月份到现在，心态一直无法从容平和，换言之，总是患得患失/有起伏，而且
“伏”的多。一方面不断告诉自己没什么大不了的，可是另一方面就是放不下。比如，
年初经历了若干面试，哇，真是太不淡定了，心态一直纠着，患得患失，拿了A家的，
又想争取B家的，吃着碗里的看着锅里的，总之相当不淡定。理智上知道，其实真的没
有那么大不了的，可是，心里就是放不下。这个就是红尘煎滚炒心肝么？
平时没事的时候，以为自己很淡定，可是遇到实际情况，还是克制不住地不淡定。搞不
清楚为什么会这样子。

发帖数: 1060 | 39 最近打坐的效果好差劲啊。有时反复念叨一个MANTRA，念一两个小时，嘴里很快很快马
不停蹄地念（念慢了更容易分心），心里居然还能想东想西的，像两套系统（嘴/心）
平行运作得感觉，呜呜。
而且心老早跑到别的地方去了，自己也不知道，好长时间才意识到了，拽回来，可没多
久，大概就几句功夫，又跑到别的地方去了。而且跑走了，自己也不知道。人家是不怕
念起，只怕觉迟。我这个觉也太迟了。。。。。如果量化的话，我个人猜测，心大概在
MANTRA上待个3-5秒钟，然后就神不知鬼不觉地跑走了，神游3-5分钟才被我发觉，又拽
回来，3-5秒，又跑走了。。。。。。。
然后就会起恼怒嗔心，会想哭，因为无可奈何的感觉。
等起身睁开眼睛，照镜子，满眼的怒气和沮丧。一点也不清明。
观呼吸效果就更差了，因为念MANTRA的话，至少还能保持一直不停的念，而观呼吸，就
基本就是坐在那里神游/mind-wondering without awareness了。至心一处，说起来容
易，做起来，好难好难啊，呜呜。
此外，在平时，偶尔，有时，会把注意力放呼吸上一下下，比如开车，遇到红灯停下来

在英文里面，虽然现在 mandarin 在日常用语里越来越特指 Mandarin Chinese，但是
还是有些时候还是作为这个词的本义 (public official, a person of standing and
