请问最后这个market value有参考价值吗？可以以这个价格给offer吗，或是更低？
好像这个market value普遍都很低，我看上另一个房子，listing price $340k,
market value居然只有$270k。怎么算的啊？

，但是现在问题来了，他们买的价格都很高，砍掉10几万怕他们不会接受的。大家所说
的market的价格不能完全应用到个人啊，我们想出一个market的价格再减掉2万左右，
但是他们的房子本来就在market价格上面10万，是不是应该等他们先降价再给offer啊
？我看一般出价应该在10% asking price以内。困惑啊。。
agent跟我说最高点在08 09年，靠谱吗？我怎么觉得是07年啊。
目前看到两个房子他们一个在05年买的，day on market显示只有3个礼拜，我感觉他们
是抢到的，反正买贵了，还有一个07年买的也是买价比较高，agent跟我说这些都不是
最高点，所以不要期望会比现在降很多。 |

这个不是seller's market的特征而被否认了是seller's market，现在看来其实就是充

the stock market performance. In fact, small fluctuation in the OIL price
caused huge volatility in the stock market.
But I believe now OIL might have become the handkerchief of the magician in
the market (those big players) to create panic or elation. I believe the

只有回顾过去的时候才能判断:trend结束了没有.
现在是correction 还是bear market要等日后才知道.

I knew how powerful it is, but it has far less enough power
to make significant move to the equity market.
majority volume has nothing to do with Goldman. Even Getco/Citadel
might have bigger influence on equity market. Both are prop shop and

不知道哪种工作，有利于长期的职业规划。
A. 靠近client，需要的技能就是SQL Excel PPT。
B. Technical, 需要quantitative models analysis, SAS or R。
C. 做 digital marketing, Search Engine Marketing, 折腾一些web analytics 软件。
A的感觉，浪费了之间学的技术，但是会不会轻松些，将来更容易走 managerial role.
B的感觉，技术分析做多了，即使公司倒了，换个工作应该没问题。C的感觉，是不是
更像打下手的。各位大侠点评下。 |

*** To answer this, you have to define what you mean by the state of the housing market. If you mean sales alone, then the state of the market hasn't changed much: existing home sales are up a little from that time, while new home sales are down a bit.

本来renaissance兄弟贴了bellevue market的帖子的时候，俺很SB地以为就是去过的bellevue fair，不过今天LD提了下，俺才发觉原来是另外一个。磨蹭到9点钟，实在无聊，LD建议还是去看一下。
night market其实在bcc的校园里，今年是第一年举办，据组织方的说法，可能是raise funding以及推广awareness of一些诸如越南等得国家，所以从组织方到参加的小摊贩以及表演者都是以越南为主。哦，对了，票价每人两元，停车免费。
先说吃，吃的摊位并不多，毕竟是第一年，感觉20几个摊位的位置，只有10几个摊位有人租，吃的以越南粉，越南烤玉米，烤鹌鹑，和新鲜椰子为主，加点饮料smooth一类的。那个烤鹌鹑很赞，4块钱1个，7块钱两个，很香很好吃。还要了他们店的信息，赶明儿去kent吃去。椰子和越南烤玉米还算不错，不过没有烤鹌鹑那么惊艳。越南粉和越南春卷一类的没吃，主要是吃过晚饭了，吃不太下。唯一的遗憾就是他们没啥kabob，更别提羊肉串了，还是劳动节自己开车去richmond吃算了。
