金、员工工资福利、税收等。
正规的零售店需要把零售价格加到 至少4倍的进货成本；而小贩往往只卖正规的零售店
的零售价格的一半，这样就能赚一倍；所以正规的零售店无法跟小贩来竞争，这样也限
制了中国的服务业的发展。服务业不能好好发展，中国的就业压力就非常大。
一个好的规划是让这些小贩转型进入正规的服务业，这样就解决了他们就业的问题，也
解决了长期小贩/城管间的矛盾和悲剧，但有这个路很难走，特别是中国的国情和人情。

从最近CIR的一些新闻可以比较清楚地看出GOP在采取两个非常聪明的策略：
1. 巧妙打border security牌。GOP坚持要先确保边境安全，然后给予非移身份。这招
看似简单，其实非常巧妙。因为美墨边境如此之长，其实是基本无法严格做到security
的。GOP这条amendment其实就是想通过一个不能实现的trigger，来让非移无法合法化
。这个道理虽然简单，民主党却不能直接反驳，因为民主党总不能说：边境根本就是守
不住的！GOP其实是用了一个看似合理的要求，来达到让民主党不能接受的目的。
2. House立法委的piece meal策略。House立法委本周二开始markup第一个piece meal

家的东西我现在是能不用就不用。（比如photoshop也有好的代替）。我现在摸索出的
PDF免费替代是：

* 打印：PDF Creator。
* 合并，添加/删除 pdf 文件页：PDF Split and Merge.
这三个组合，完全替代了Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader.三个软件加起来也就几

Maxthon 非常好。我是逢机必装。记住要用1.68经典版，比2.0版好。使用过火狐，不
如Maxthon好。Maxthon V1.68 好，最主要是Ad Block非常有效。其次，是中国人设计
的。（支持国货！） 再其次，所谓Gesture等功能，也都有。还有个很上瘾的小工具是
，Ctrl+G激活小记事本。另外，因为Maxhon （过去叫MyIE）是基于IE的，所以基本上

牙接口，巧克力色。原价27700，dealer自己在网页上降到26182。然后还有599的doc，
725的MINI Financial's acquisition fee，还有100来块钱的title什么的。
我大概用10000迈一年的lease，总共36个月。Dealer给我60% residual value和0.
00180的money factor。查了edmund，好像这都是S lease能拿到的最好的了。Down2500
，每个月354。

OTD去掉州税差能真正反映dealer成本+markup，没有耐心一项一项itemized磨嘴皮子的

lease的好处简单来说：开新车，不用担心卖旧车，月付相对买车要抵
不好的：有里程限制（你说的10,000/年），lease到期后所有的比较明显的损坏（车身
挂擦，轮胎，刹车过度磨损。。。）你都要掏腰包，另外必须全保。
车子的维护费用2者没有区别，bmw 4年/5w的保修不管买和租你都有享受。
lease的时候需要知道的基本情况
1.不要上来和人谈月供，你不是sales的对手
2.需要知道的：msrp,selling price,money factor(利息率），residual value (车辆
残值after lease)
3.主要砍的是：selling price.money factor和residual value应该是厂商有比较统一
的规定，但不排除dealer会markup,所以还是要掌握行情后与之互砍，要拿到market的
行情。
4.拿到3的所有数据后，代入以下link算出你的月供，和sales给你的比较

car and markup the price.
You insurance company will make estimate on the repair price. you can get
the check and pick a place you trust to repair it. But you'd better find a
body shop that on the insurance company's list so if they discovered more
damage, it is easier to get more money for repair. |

With the most current pricing
base msrp 23470 + freight 760 + package msrp (1445-500) = 25175
base invoice 22296 + freight 760 + package invoice (1272-440) = 23888
As a result, I did not get your msrp of 25500 or 24700 for that

1.99 is for 3 yrs, 60m is about 2.5%, so not bad at all. 700 credit score
is a little bit low and >720 should be fine.
There could have bonus cash for good friday but still it is a very good
price. I would suggest you look at today's local newspaper to see
additional perks like free service/giftcards (this will be very ymmv).
anyway, it is a very good price and the dealer earns about 200-250 markup,
which is kind of standard for GM dealers.

For example, if you get $3000 off of a car, if there is an $1000 incentive,

For example, if BMW financial company's money factor for X5 is 0.00165,
