米酒就是唯一的酒精饮品。吴姬压酒就是把米酒中的酒液榨出来。陕西的桂花酒，江西
的葫子酒都是这种没有经过蒸馏的米酒。米酒中除了低浓度酒精之外还有糖，氨基酸，
维生素等等多种营养物质。从中医角度来说，米酒有疏肝化郁的功能。这也就是为什么
米酒能够下奶的原理。肝经循行乳房。肝气通达则乳汁生旺。相反，肝气抑郁则易发生
乳腺疾患。轻则痈肿重则癌症。内经上说，肝为罢极之官，罢极就是特别容易受到疲劳
伤害的意思。按照中医理论，心脑血管意外的根本症结在肝的疏泄功能受损。所以善待
自己首先要善待肝脏。
自从我家小三降临，尼罗河就开始琢磨作酒酿之道。看了几个网友的帖子，知道要蒸米
水冲然后将酒药均匀与米混匀放置烤箱开灯保温。也作出了挺不错的酒酿。但是与从中
国店里买来的酒酿比较在甜度和酒味两方面都还相差一个档次。能做都做到了，从来也
没有杂菌污染。不明白这里面究竟还有什么奥秘。直到有一次因为糯米不够加了一半的
梗米，出来的酒酿特别酸基本没有甜味和酒味。这才知道原来我设置的条件一直都在失
败的边缘。

，红jalapeno辣味正好），墨西哥超市有卖，洗净晾干。 和大蒜，姜，盐混合在mini
chopper里打碎。blender也可以。 然后放在mason jar瓶子里装满，盖紧。室温下发酵
，3-4天就好了，放冰箱冷藏。喜欢酸味重一点的可以多发酵几天。满瓶的可以放一年
不会坏。 开封后最好2-3个礼拜里吃完。所以建议用小的mason jar 玻璃瓶。

我的烟囱是所谓的高大上，砖的。
roofer 做了两次flashing, 但是还是漏。烟囱周围还是那种滴水的漏。
所以roofer 让我“to find a brick mason to redo the mortar”
我现在是想找一个chimney contractor 还是找一个brick mason.

I bought Delta Bently for only $125 (original $250), which seems nicer than
graco mason. Also I wanted a white one.
I think the local deal is much better than the online sale. |

在网上和实体店里研究了一阵各种crib了，也上craiglist看了一些二手的crib。总体
感觉crib选择的品种不多。
第一，从网上的review到宝宝版，DaVinci系列最popular,尤其是kalani和emily这两个
系列，kalani稍胜出，价格emily便宜一点180左右能搞定，kalani贵一点，马鬃上的价
格是259，overstock搞搞coupon，rebate，GC之类的，200刀以内也能搞定，但颜色不
齐全，象今天有20 off 150的coupon,但找不到我想要的白色滴，白色的在马鬃上也很
少见，今天在wayfair上有，价格是259刀，不知道白色的跟其他颜色在质量上有无差别
，在craiglist上看，大家都买expresso，cherry。。。。emily系列有白色的，但二手
的也很少见到。现在对于DaVinci系列的，我还在观望中，主要是忌讳他家是松木做的
，据说轻轻一掐，就有道划痕出来，但我还没有看到实物，好多店里没有这个crib的
display啊，伤不起啊伤不起。

是采用传统的 classical education，也就是说，现在的 classical educators 大多
为 Neoclassical Education, 就是 Susan Wise Bauer 一派的，因此也是人们听到

发帖数: 511 | 50 也可以用烤箱做，把超市买的plain yogurt加到mason jar里煮沸过放到室温的牛奶中
，烤箱overnight就差不多了，要想快点就加条毛巾捂一下，几小时就好。
mason jar要保持干净，别粘生水和油。我一般会预热下烤箱，开到几百度把玻璃烤一
下杀菌，关烤箱等玻璃瓶凉下来正好牛奶也放凉可以加了，最后把整罐culture放进还
有余温的烤箱。
写起来很麻烦实际做起来很快，如果奶刚开封的，应该都不用煮沸了，因为已经
pasturized过了。 |
