没有任何PEB的激发， 估计就是落水了， 但是帆船维护是不是应该拴绳？
我接触过做PEB的人， 他们那款正好是 这里Abby Sunderland 当时
遇险激发的2个中的一个或者2个都是（手动的， 就三档， on off test）， 第三个是
掉水里超过15尺后就会激发，
还是盐水激发的不记得了
（wiki说是Mast 断了， 所以卫星电话天线不行了， 就没有reception）
当时就是减重了一家运输机还是什么的， 飞到哪里用VFH radio和她通讯， 没有大碍
就让她等了2天， 一艘渔船吧她救了， 据说船夫迷信， 除了点衣服， 啥都没让她带
做PEB的人想回收检测都没机会， 她的相机也留在船上了。。。。
海洋真的超大的， SAR也是很难的

简单分析之后的几个可能的结论：
1. 第一个问题， 小学和初中的学生人数不匹配
在2005年以后，小学生数目基本稳定，但是进入初中的学生的数量
持续下跌，跟小学生稳定的确实不匹配。这里面最大的问题就是，中国的
小学生数量被虚增，大量的小学生名额被拿去吃空饷。这个吃空饷问题，
越往低年级吃得比例越多，因为相对比较好伪造学籍

很久没注意过Ford了，记忆还停留在车板宠儿金牛座那个塌屁股和圆鼓鼓轮廓上，那个
印象非常糟
糕。但是Fusion 2011第一眼感觉真不错。后面又在车场看到2010，印象更好。这个轮
廓、棱角、
线条、还有侧镜，都是我喜欢的设计。尾部车厢上那个长条尾灯酷似我现在开的2006
Accord，看
着很亲切。
外观我打90分，如果是宝马那种天线，而不是现在的mast，那我给95分。
坐进去看看感觉也不错，但印象不如外观好。眼见的缺点是仪表盘那个蓝色设计，华而
不实。在阳光
明媚的天气下，仪表盘显得有点暗，不如我现在的2006 Accord看着舒服。另外1-touch
power
window只有司机位置有，而今天试开的Camry V6就有四个。
当然Camry的内饰也有眼见的缺点。dash board上那几个按钮搞成了白塑料黑字，看着
很山寨很廉
价。用银色或者灰色都要好得多。
回到Fusion，内饰我打80分。
上路测试，引擎和变速箱的印象差了不少。30到40迈加速时换档感觉明显，不够 |

折腾了两年多，终于拿到master学位，不容易啊。
两年半以前时候我和老公两个人双双拿到烂校的phd的offer，一起去签证，签证官说：
you are lucky you two in the same school.
怀抱着希望来到美国，一切都是新鲜的，但phd导师却给了我不一样的经历，做不完的项
目，周日也不能够休息，这也罢了，稍微有点不满意就骂人，人身攻击，傻瓜，笨蛋，
滚蛋之类的话是常事。自己哭了多少次记不得了，不敢和老公说，因为他是个火爆，做
事不计后果那种。终于有一天忍不住和老公说了，老公满腔怒火跑办公室和我导师大吵
了一架，老公说，你嫌你的学生不够优秀你去mit找学生啊，个个都优秀的很，气的老板
说不出话，还威胁要告我老板之类的。我想完了，肯定被开了，谁知道老板后来找了另

说点我的两分钱
昨天和一个同学电话之后的感触
academic工作和industry完全不一样，还是要看reputation和学校，别看工资福利和st
artup什么的
当初同学拿到加拿大一个很不错的学校，不是UT，waterloo，但也是calgary，Manitob
a这种吧，还有美国一个100开外的学校，就是刚有phd那种，没排名，但是start up给的
多了很多。同学穷学生么，心一热，选了这个给钱多的差点的学校，不说名字了。现在
第三年，后悔不已。原来给startup多是有原因的，呵呵。学校排名见不着，学生给很高
的offer也没人来，而且庙小妖风大，系主任一手遮天，护着烙印，politics很恶。现在
开始找工作了，但是学校排名差，去academia是没戏了，只能开始看coding和他的mast
er一起找facebook啥的，听郁闷的。
总之一点小感触，faculty的工作，尤其是第一个，还没established的时候，别把star

中国人的旧思路，来读书就是学习知识的，其实根本不适用于这种master program
这些美国牛校的昂贵的硕士项目，卖得是network，而不是knowledge
这些项目最牛的地方，是能够把自己的学生推销出去
这都什么年代了，信息流通根本不是问题
找不到好工作，谁还来读那些昂贵的项目

记得以前True HD Master Audio的红灯会亮，就是没声音。刚看说明书，True HD Mast
er Audio不需要7.1，本身这个碟的音轨也就是5.1，所以我的配置5.1也就够了。不过R
eceiver说明书上说这个应该是在multi channel底下，可是我只要按了multi channel的
键，声音就没了，影院的其他auido模式也调不出来。试了另外一张有Master Audio的也
是一样，搞不明白了。不过也无所谓了 |

工资水平：
a, 美国大公司的北京分公司，6年engineer, 其中两年是在美国，现在工资32W， 奖金
等类似美国，没有很多。此人是自己申请归的，个人原因，彻底不打算回美国的。
b, 欧洲大公司的北京分公司， 7年经验，小主管，没出过国， 不到40W， 但奖金比较
多，数额不一定。
c，俺表妹， QH fresh graduate Master, 化学，外资公司直接给35W，去韩国培训一
年，回来现在是40W。

留身份，然后用maste的CPT来工作，然后接到10月1号直接拿h1b？
这样的话，1，申绿卡的时候可以直接还是用phd申请
2，这样避免现在使用OPT，以后万一要读个MBA或者被裁了转F1保身份的话
，还是有OPT可以用的

他们家是1050尺的房子，3 BED/1 BATH/1 FAMILY，光装修部分就是8W，项目是：
FAMILY ROOM 的地板 垫高( 与厨房齐平)，厨房和一个浴室装修，龇孔悠痰匕逵胨?漆，换全部窗户，水管换成铜管，装软水器，屋后浇水泥地(PATIO)。可能还有其他细
节，比如内墙换隔热棉什么的，不过没有看见换屋顶。
加建部分也是8W，项目是：新建约500SF => 1个 MASTE SUITE + 1个 LIVING ROOM +
FRONT PATIO, 都很小, 只需两面新外墙. |

看上一房，一楼有两个bed rooms，没有family room；
楼上是mast bedroom，还加个bonus room。感觉没有family room
不是很好。
还有一房，比较大，每平方价格低于平均价，但是放了一年，好像还没卖掉，
这种房值得去看吗？ |

过的房不超过50个。

我家现在是master/slave温度控制系统（前房主装的，我买房时根本就不懂），2楼是
maste, 1楼是slave，我打算把它改成真正的分区的系统(zoned),需要凿墙，钻洞，重
新布线吗？
