近几年专攻老年组比赛（他62岁了），还常常拿名次。本地在道上混了有些年头的，说

1。我是初学者，手臂肩膀后背肌肉酸疼都是小事了，关键右脚不能动了。昨天回来后
觉得右脚腕不舒服，脚一转动就有骨头摩擦咯噔咯噔的声音（以前也有过所以没在意），就一边看电视
一边转动脚腕。没想到半个小时下来更严重了，以至于脚一动脚踝和脚背生疼。今天早上竟然都不能承
重，迷迷糊糊睡了个午觉，现在稍微好点，但还是疼，有骨头摩擦的声音，以及脚腕向右转动时疼痛。
昨天右脚被mast压过一次，当时不太疼，再加上不太会用力脚腕承重比平时多很多。现在左右脚肉
眼看上去没有区别，这样我需要看医生吗？ 我的脚是扭到了还是有骨头断了？
2。一直以来都想tan下，可是昨天太阳不太足和穿保暖wetsuit的情况下竟然把我晒得
很难受。防晒油抹得足足的（去年脸被晒伤过一次所以特别注意），但回来以后脸上皮肤发热，有些小
疼，虽然并不红。全身上了几次aloe vera gel 今天才好些。对于这个大虾们有什么建议吗，比如晒
4个小时太多了，或多喝水，或者surf完马上用淡水冲澡等等会管用吗？

发帖数: 1668 | 24 哇你一定是advanced surfer了吧，我还不太能“跑起来”哈哈。上周六第一次课，学
了些术语，学会从水里把帆拉起来，tack（不会jibe），然后sail，都是些基本功。实际我看人家
会玩儿的根本不拉帆，直接借风力跳上板儿就走了。可怜我在那儿不停地拉帆，最后肯定没劲儿了+
动作走形才把脚扭到的。
我也没啥回不来的危险，因为根本划不出去，哈哈，尤其上周六我surf的地方超级猛烈
onshore wind, 1分钟内拉不起帆，基本就被吹上岸了...对我这个初学者并不是个好天气。
另外mast有没有轻点的？教练授课时用的3米多的帆，已经觉得沉了，下午又试了试4.5
米的，根本拉不起来 :( 奥运会的应该是12米的吧？太强了。 |
