几年前看linear的网站，写着profit sharing up to base的68%，假设一个很senior
的ic desinger拿15Wbase, 60% profit sharing，共24w，加stock，total应该25w.
semi里面应该linear和maxim这两家pay最好了。我还听人说过忘了是linear还是maxim
，如果是做design engineer的话，profit sahring是从30%起。 |

know ideally everyone wants both. Given the overhead of real estate
trasaction, it probably make sense to hold longer term. Of cause, if there
is another bubble and your house price doubled, why not cash out.
If your goal is long term apprication, condo and town homes are not a good

其实， 鸡毛他根本就不能被看做是一个生物的人， 他是一个multi million dollar
enterprise， 所有的每一个细节，说什么， 向着谁， 搞谁的笑话， 都是有团队仔细
测算好的。 在网络广告的行业， 每一个广告，都是自动比较CTR （点击率） 决定。
google 连一个 3pixel 的线的颜色都是AB testing 决定， 根本没有人的judgement。
point is， 鸡毛能有现在的所做所为， 完全是现有的经济模型 告诉他的团队， 这
样是maximize 他revenue ， rating， profit 的办法。
为什么现在的模型能让他的辱言论maximize profit ？ ！！！ 这是问题关键， ABC
