1 MAXIM， IC Design Engineer 地点在AZ Base+Bonus+stock，数目就不说了
2 TI， IC Design Engineer 地点在CA，硅谷 Base+Bonus，没stock 但又1w多点的
relocation 总的package和MAXIM数目差不多 甚至还少 感觉给的不多 毕竟在硅谷
3 半个ADI的offer， test Engineer， 面完反馈很好，给了口头的，但对测试不感兴
趣，不想耽误感兴趣的其他candidates，回家就拒了
面试后感觉：
1 MAXIM
他家面过后感觉人都很好，做的东西也喜欢。面试时问的都是技术问题，不算深但比较
广。所以感觉fresh找工作基础还是最重要的。美中不足：地方太热，而且不给

for some kind of "moving maximal" for the most recent Z elements.
For example, if a time series has data [1,8,3,7,2], Z=2. Then the lookback
maximals for 2 periods would be 8,8,7,7.
Your algorithm will find the maximal Z elements of the time series.
For the above example, your algorithm will find 8,3, 7,2.
Please correct me if I were wrong.

如果假设人均社会生产力在fully coordinated的情况下
是1的话，那现在的社会结构下，人均生产力是几？
fully coordinated是指每个人的目标都是maximize
total utility，不是自己的个人的utility。或者说
是因为coordinated，每个人都maximize自己的utility
就可以maximize total utility。接近这种理想情况的
例子比如战争时期的同仇敌忾心理。
我觉得说不定这个数字连0.01都到不了。不知道将来政治
经济学发展，社会组织形式的效率提高的话，能把这个
数字提高到几。不知道我这个问题属于那个学科的问题 |

And that's why agile methodologies can be effective. People are replaceable
and technologies being used are best mature. It's about maximizing
the output indeed. And it doesn't need engineers to see the bigger picture.
That's product owner's job. Agile is not a holy grail but whether it's good
