根据怀雅逊大学申诉专员的年度报告所示，在2009/10学年里，学生对导师的投诉增加超过80%。整体投诉由43宗上升到78宗，包括三大范畴：对学生的态度欠缺尊重，鲜有安排跟学生单独见面，以及决定有偏颇。
