percent, 但是没有抢到, 当时我以为是我们有loan contingency的原因. 现在这个房
子又back to the market,直接开价是650K,已经不是short sale了.
昨天带client去看房子的时候, agent说前一个buyer没有perform,也就是没有deposit
check. 不知道这个buyer是不是真的在别的地方bid到了房子, 但是至少这个被bid到而
不要的房子的价格对下一个buyer来说已经上去了.

发帖数: 1804 | 11 整场比赛最深的感受，就是这支奥神队是在依靠外援打球，国内球员得分寥寥可数，这
样就失去了锻炼队伍培养新人的意义了。其次，教练的战术安排也让我不太理解。面对
只有九个队员，最高的不超过六尺九的队伍，放弃内线的绝对高度，七尺的张松涛和六
尺十的李伟，而去跟对方拼外线的三分，怪不得之前还输过一场。尤其是第一节开局阶
段，居然连续出现张松涛从三分线外运球突破的镜头，当然结果是走步或者被断球。
外援方面，Toby Bailey是当晚绝对的明星，（http://www.nba.com/playerfile/toby_bailey/index.html），上半场仅出场几分钟，下半场从第三节中端开始，三分球出手十几次只有三次不中，在对方连续追回比分缩小差距的时候临危不乱，挽救球队。
国内球员中，张松涛给我的感觉有所退步，没有当年在国家队时候的强硬。那时候在清
华大学和墨尔本老虎队的比赛，张虽然得分不多，但是篮板球和身体对抗还是可圈可点
，也怪不得当时姚明要求留下他。可是昨晚的比赛，张松涛面对矮自己一头的对手，数
次单打不进，还被盖了几次帽，以至于后来内线有位置，打pg的外援也不给传球了。防

我们YMCA的游泳馆里，挂着青少年游泳记录保持者的名单。我发现10岁以前的组里，
老中的名字乌央乌央的，一到10-11岁，老中的名字骤减，到了12岁以上，老中的名
字基本看不到了。觉得挺有意思的，难道上了初中以后，老中都quit游泳了? |

Most likely we will use the same club as last year (Maywood, NJ).
I would suggest you guys to book hotel around that area. It is
close to all the locations we might play and it is not far to
NYC. But if you will spend most of your time on USTA, then it
is not a bad idea to book around flushing. But normal hotel will
be more expensive except very cheap Chinese "hotel" :) |

to save money. One rate we get is $400 for 6 courts 5 hours on Sat
nights. We play there 2-3 times per month. But they rent this club to
another group for every first Sat in a month. So we have to find another
one (Maywood one for our USOpen party) at the first Sat. On average,
we need pay ~$20 for 3-4 hours play per party. Of course all doubles.

送LD和娃上回过的飞机后， bill 专程从机场接我到NJ Maywood 群殴。 Bill 开车近2
小时， 马上和我热身开战。
Vs Bill. 可能由于路途，大家都没发挥出正常水平， 但明显Bill的底线比我影响中要
猛很多。 我始终没找到正手感觉，反手也不敢打， 只能靠上网来偷几分。 这也对发
球质量的要求增高。 Kick serve 失误不少。 打不出正常水平心里开始急躁， 失误更
多。 比赛快结束时，决定放慢些来找到感觉， 谁知刚放慢打出个有点感觉的球，一下
子就被 bill 拍死了。 最后4-8败。 值得提的是， 中间有个发球局， 40-0领先，结
果被翻盘， 那局可能是胜负的关键局。
Vs Eric. 此时心态稍微静下了， 但正反手还是没找到感觉。 Eric可能也因为路途而
且没有好好的热身， 也没入状态。 一上来我靠接发和 Eric 的失误领先， 3-0 （
only 1 break). Eric 也是老球手了， 大概感觉到自己一时打不出正常水平， 所以也

发帖数: 1 | 45 2013是我幸运的本命年，先是通过EB1A申请了绿卡，上个月又接受了病理的prematch。
从踏上这条路后，从本版得益良多，趁着记忆犹新写个总结，感谢所有帮助过我的前辈
朋友战友们，
也希望对即将踏上这条路或已在路上的同学们有些帮助。
先来说说申请时的credentials，以及分析下拿到或没拿到面试的原因。
毕业院校：国内二流五年制本科
毕业时间： 13年，有些长了，导致没拿到有些预期的面试。在面试中也被问到毕业年
限太长的问题，还好准备了答案，另我长相比我实际年龄小很多（作为男性有点悲哀…
），平时经常被LD开涮，这次幸好糊弄过关。
成绩： Step 1和2都是220-230，CS一次过，step 3还没考。备考不充分考分有点低，
导致没拿到有些预期的面试。不过在面试中也被夸了作为IMG考分不错，也许是客套话
，来年或后年申请的同学们考分以240以上为佳。
PhD在美国拿的，现在一家知名医院做临床前期的博士后训练。我觉得这两项对我的病
理申请是关键。
做了不少年科研，发过些小文章得过些小奖，CV看起来应该还靠谱。
