如果Pence直接表态decline endorse，其实是表示McCain已经被GOP放弃，或者是Pence
个人向Trump示好。
如果Pence直接表态endorse，还是两种可能，征询过Trump，想RNC上Cruz一样，Trump
表态无所谓；另一种可能就是GOP向Trump示威，如果Trump在Rally时候所说的，和
