,势必走向衰败。尤其是美国的武器产品总被抱怨价格太高。而军工如果衰败上10年以
上,就可能荒废一代相关工程师和技师。这些人才如果断代,想在重新在工艺上恢复可
能就不止十年的工夫了。所以,小布什加大军工的投入,并非没有眼光的举动,只不过
还是有很多细节的问题。
小布什在我眼里只有两个缺点:1,在伊战等实际问题上空有个大方向,而操作不好细
节。2,他的精神领袖作用壮大了极左。
