The former assistant coach who was a key witness in the Sandusky trial says
he has been defamed and treated with discrimination by the university.
Former Penn State assistant football coach Mike McQueary, a key witness in

从大陪审团的报告中可以看出，McQueary向Paterno汇报了看到的情况，
但Paterno向上汇报的时候，却轻描淡写，而且没有参加Curley、
Schultz和McQueary的会面。考虑到当时Sandusky在球队中的地位，
他不参加这个会议似乎有些说不通。
这个报告中说，McQueary对Curley和Schultz讲了他所见到的，但
两个人却说他们听到只是关于Sandusky的不检点行为。
Curley和Schultz向Spanier汇报的时候，也是说行为不检点。
McQueary在Sandusky“被退休”之后，就得到了Penn State的一个
正式职位。

As someone who has been critical of what I have perceived as the media’s
rush to judgment against Joe Paterno in the Jerry Sandusky scandal, I was
very eager to hear the results of the report by former FBI director Louis
Freeh. My primary concern through all of this is that the case against

出来了。而且都是以victim自己的话来描述的。
唯独两个victim,一个是和02年这个，一个是被Janitor看到那个。被Janitor看到这个
明确说了victim not identified。02年这个应该也是一样情况，因为除了McQueary描
述的年龄外没有其他任何细节描述。
那么02年这个案子只有AD,VP,Spanier,Joe Pa, McQueary这5个人知情，因为没有证据
表明victim报了警。而且直到今年这些人才被传去做证。显然，AD,VP和Spanier不会去
报警，那检方究竟是怎么知道这件事的？只有可能Joe Pa和McQueary说出去了。而且基
本可以排除Joe Pa，因为他不是第一目击证人。
所以，俺觉得这件事最后还是McQueary说了出去，只是按照大家的说法迟了将近10年。
当然，也可能检方能通过其他手段知道，就像被Janitor看到的那个，也没有人报警。
至少从报告上没看出来2002这件事究竟是怎么事发的。 |
