Genetic Ultrasound 不知道大家有什么建议没 是不是没必要做其他复杂的testing啊

常差的不多，关键是platelet count血小板比正常范围低了好多，有点担心，估计这两

较多的地方租房，将来有可能要找中国来的人照顾小孩。对Richmond不太熟，知道west
end，glen allen等是好区，但租金不低啊。Lakeside比较便宜，但不知道安全不，老
人傍晚散步有问题吗？还有就是从 Midlothian 沿着 76 和 195 toll way 去 vcu，每
天往返得多少钱呐？

其实好久没有好好锻炼了，这些数据都在正常范围内，但是有没有那一项是太低的，需
要引起注意的呢？医生暂时还没有给我谈我的体检结果，还有几个偏高或者偏低的数据
，如果大家了解一些的话，请帮我看看。谢谢了！
Bilirubin,total 1.4 （正常是0.2-1.2） 胆红素偏高了，说明我有黄疸吗？我
体检头一天晚上和LD吵架，会不会让我这个值偏高？
RBC 5.2 (正常是3.8-5.1) 血红细胞多了。我体检前12个小时就没
有喝水，是不是缺水导致的？
MCV 70.6 (正常是80-100) 红细胞体积小。网上查了查说一般的原因
是缺铁。。。是不是女性一般都容易缺铁？怎么补铁啊？多吃肉？做运动有帮助吗？

但RBC, MCH, MCV 这三项指数的异常是Thalassemia,
Alpha, trait的典型情况. 就是地中海贫血携带者.
医生会解释得更好. 但千万别随便补铁.
医生很可能会让你做个专项检查确认. 如果确认了, 那么LD也要查,
如果夫妇都是trait, 那么怀孕的时候好象小孩要检查, 有25%的概率
会是Thalassemia (那就保不住了, 致命的)
不过楼主也完全不用紧张. LZ自己最多是个携带者(否则活不到现在),
基本不影响健康. 中国南方一带很多人是携带者, 据说是携带者
不容易得疟疾
这是我记得的, 但是不保证记得都清楚. lz可以自己去google研究一下 |

我google了一下，非常有可能是Thalassemia,因为Iron Deficiency不会同时有high
RBC和low MCV and MCH!而且我可能还有黄疸的问题（Bilirubin），貌似中医就把地中
海贫血归属为黄疸范畴？
既然南方很多人都是携带者，那么他们怎么能生孩子啊？
我打算明天就给医生打电话，然后让我家LD也做个全面的血液检查。 |

不贫血，尽管我的RBC,MCV和MCH有异常。说只要我抽血那天没有不舒服，就不贫血。。
。我汗。。。还说如果我自己想补充铁，也可以补充。。。
很奇怪。打算把这些数据拿给国内的医生看看。至少国内的医生会说说我有什么倾向，
应该注意什么吧。。。 |

发帖数: 4202 | 20 不是要吃很多糖，是我根据你血糖高推测你因为贫血，容易疲劳，总觉得累，所以需要
吃碳水让自己精力充沛，碳水摄入量自然就多了。
我听说有人地中海贫血的人会为了缓解疲劳感，就吃很多碳水，好像depression的人为
了让自己兴奋也会吃很多碳水一样。
吃碳水太多当然不好啦，会发胖。我就是个例子啊，我的MCV MCH 低于正常值，应该是
地贫携带者吧，从小就爱吃面食。
其实我觉得有些人的肥胖真的是体质性的，因为某种病间接引起的。减肥对于这样的人
尤其不容易。 |

你说的是MCV？ 如果〉100+贫血，称为巨细胞性贫血，考虑是叶酸或维生素b12缺乏引
起，喝酒多的话会导致叶酸缺乏，长久引起巨细胞贫血
MCH临床不太用到
MCHC如果〉36，和遗传性球形红细胞增多症有关
贫血会使机体携氧能力下降，心跳会快，跑步喘 |

自从kof97进入偶的破鸡，偶的房间便永无宁日，搞得偶上学期
高数差点补考（幸亏老师放的水够多，才６６），于是决定本学期
开始自修。谁知昨晚又受到kof的诱惑，７点多才去吃饭，来到
１号楼已经过了７点半。首先到据说是硬性分配给联合班的１３０６，
却见一大堆陌生人。我最怕在人多且挤的地方干活（玩的话倒不同），
只好一路搜下来，觉得２楼空位较多，于是走进１２０９。发现一
排全空的位，就坐下做数学，接着忽然发现前面的mm有一大堆报纸，
于是效率又大幅度降低，做一阵作业看一阵报纸，到了９点半，作业
终于完了，报纸也看完了，又一个晚上过去了。
自修时的气氛很好，比中学的晚自修安静多了。 |

都2个月了,从发现的时候就和OB说了,OB 自己给开的检查,有macrocytic anemia,不是
我提醒她都没意识到指标异常.后来问她要不要补充v B12 and folic acid,她说不用,
吃prenatal vitamin is enough.可是我本来就每天都吃prenatal vitamin的,想想自己
专门又去买了额外的B12 and folic acid每天吃,过了2个月了还是没有改善,MCV还是
102.今天门诊的internist 打我电话让我去查VB 12 level and methylmalonic acid
level. 说如果低去用IM injection of VB12.
