ironman就是为了鼓励你每个月多玩，连续每个月都玩，玩到什么级别就奖励你什么级
别的东西。
奖励有两种：medals或者该级别的freeroll，两者选一。
1)medals:
下面这个图表第一行就是每个级别的基本medals数，不管你是第1个月打到该级别(比如
白银)，还是第23个月打到该级别，...你能拿到的基本medals数就是那么多，比如白银
，40个。
如果你保持了连续每个月都是至少青铜级，然后就是额外奖励的medals，比如你已经连
续9个月都是ironman(每个月级别可以有高有低，不是说一定都是某级别或者以上)，第
9个月你是黄金级，从下表可以查出你应该获得(7-12个月)那一档的额外奖励的125个
medals。
这样，你这个月总共应该获得的medals = base + bonus = 70 + 125 = 195个。
2)freeroll:
以前每个月FTP初都要你选择你是要freeroll还是要medals，很愚蠢的事情。
现在FTP简化了，都先假定你是要freeroll。
