修行都是给自己修的。我理解了无常，无我不代表我放弃了无常，无我，不代表我每时
每刻都可以做到，实际不修观根本做不到，不在mediation的时候也根本不可能彻底放
弃的。
即使到达二果，三果，非mediation的时候一样有我。
其实你根本不用给学佛的人这么分门别类的，科学家一样可以是虔诚并且修行有成的佛
教徒。你这么说，有些狭隘。
我有学物理的朋友，2个月前听我说要学佛，马上觉得我在搞迷信。
我闺迷听见我说学佛，马上说要是跟她讲佛法就算了。
我妈妈听见我讲四圣谛，很开心。

发帖数: 911 | 42 其实我觉得如果把focal adhesion定义放宽点就没有什么特别大的debate了。Focal
adhesion的形貌和intracelluar actin network的3D组织有关，而actin network的形
成又和ECM的力学和几何形貌有关。比如在表面上，fibrinectin coated surface的大
小，形状都影响actin network形貌和细胞形状。从二维到三维, 拓扑上的改变更为剧
烈。所以看不见通常在二维成像上定义的focal adhesion斑块也属正常。
可能更重要的问题应该是调控二维表面focal adhesion形成和稳定性的蛋白们是否也调
控三维cell-ECM相互作用和cell migration. 在三维, 过去已经知道会形成
pseudopodia. 这个结构调控细胞migration, 而这个结构的形成又被focal adhesion
proteins调控。如果宽泛地把通常的二维focal adhesion和三维pseudopodia看作同一
套调控cell-
