表时可以追回来。你应该在开始工作前添一个表，这样payroll才可以帮你免那个$5000
的税，现在坑定来不及，等明年你自己添税表把税退回来吧。另外，SS/med 和visa没
关系，你那contract house看来根本不懂外国学生报税的这块。 |

报税的时候，不像FSA, 401那样已经在W-2的总收入中被减去了，这样这部分被扣去的
SS和Med税还要再次被作为收入的一部分被征税。

于是IRS给我们财务发了信叫他重做W2然后把钱给我
我们财务跟ADP合计了一下，要做这一串东西要花6000块，我只是要2000块回来而已
于是他决定给我张check，不做这些了，这样行么？

有红色"COPY"的字样，而且Notice上有提到有Enclosures原来的封好的Form I-693信封
。可是这次没有收到，不知是不是原件Notice和信封被寄到律师那边去了？
请问一下，我们已经按这次REF Notice上说的，到体检医生那里重新开好了Form I-693
，可以就用这次有"COPY"字样的REF Notice原件回复了？还是需要等律师收到REF
Notice 原件和旧的体检表,那旧的体检表给医生看看？
请大家有经验的支支招～
