根据对大量新史料进行分析和研究，笔者认为民社党（全名为民族社会主义工人党，简
称纳粹党）上台之前已经形成了一种经济思想，即在垄断资本主义高度发展的基础上，
加强国家对经济的干预和控制，为独裁统治和战争政策服务。深入地对这一问题进行探
讨，有助于理解民社党上台之后推行的经济政策和第三帝国经济体制的形成问题。
民社党上台之前经济思想理论的形成，大致经历了两个阶段。
一、经济思想初具雏型
1920—1930年间，戈特弗里德·弗德尔、施特拉瑟兄弟和阿道夫·希特勒，对民社
党经济思想的初步形成起了重要的作用。
弗德尔（1883—1941年），1920年1月加入民社党，是民社党建立和发展时期一位
极为重要的经济理论家。在慕尼墨大学学习期间，萌发了对法学和金融政治学的兴趣。
1917年之后，对“利息奴役制”进行研究。1919年发表《粉碎金钱利息奴役制宣言》，
1920年初与安东·德雷克斯勒和希特勒共同起草了民社党的《25点纲领》，1923年发表

美国中餐馆比比皆是。本人来美一晃25载，在一事无成的学生时代，打过工的中餐馆不
下20来家。从洗碗到经理都干过。在没有GPS的时代，最不好做的是送外卖的活。想当
初，到B城的第二天早上就去唐人街卖猪仔，到中餐馆洗碗切洋葱。80-90年代，中餐馆
是老广老台的天下，卖的东西统称杂碎餐，如Chow Mein,Chop Suey,Egg FuYoung。也
有为数不少的北方菜馆，Mandarin,Szechuan Style。老美要是会叫个宫保鸡丁，家常
豆腐，那绝对是个中餐老资格的干活。时过境迁，现在的餐馆是福建人老板居多。我接
触的福建人专业有三种，餐馆，装修，赌场。最近网上关于中餐馆的帖子很多，我也来
唠叨几句。
一般老美餐馆的利润是10%到15%，生意好的中餐馆的利润可高达30%。所谓生意好，就

对不起，先啰嗦几句。其实带什么样的菜去POT LUCK
是最让人头大的事。在本版考古后，发现推荐春卷和锅贴
的不少，可细想前者不充饥后者太麻烦，加上有两娃总在
身边上窜下跳，后果不是炸糊了春卷或煎焦了锅贴就是把
我烦糊气焦了。
也想过烤肉凉面等好做的，但考虑到人多，族裔繁杂，碰
不准撞上谁的禁口，正不知做什么是好时，偶然发现在
STOP & SHOP有卖“中华面”（STIR－FRY CHOW MEIN）
和李锦记的STIR－FRY SAUCE。灵机一动决定来个素炒面，
既迎合了老外的口味，又照顾了各种宗教，还拍对了素食者
的马屁，最重要的是做起来不费事，一举几得。
事实证明这素食面大大的好，特别是原材料出于美式超市，
很适用于象我们这种身边没有中国超市的，另外这一优点
被我放大到会场上，老外们听到在STOP & SHOP就能买后，
全都瞪大了眼睛要跑过去了。
言归正传，以下是这次素食面的做法（前后不到20分钟）。
原料：(SHAW‘S里面也有）
中华面： 2 包（袋装干面）
李锦记STIR－FRY SAUCE： 1 瓶
蔬菜： 荷兰 |

芝麻酱凉面
【主料】:
面条（荞麦面，挂面，鸡蛋面，阳春面，whatever mein）
【辅料】:
各种蔬菜（胡萝卜丝，白萝卜丝，黄瓜丝，鸡蛋皮丝），鸡丝
【调料】:
芝麻酱，酱油，糖
【制作过程】:
1.开水下面，煮熟，根据家里存货，将各种蔬菜和鸡胸肉烫熟，手扯丝，或切丝
2.调酱汁，芝麻酱，酱油，糖，三样足以，不用加盐和味精等等
3.面捞出来，过凉水，盛盘，浇上酱，如果有的话，撒上熟芝麻和香菜
4.拌开了，吃~
【补充说明】:
如果有喜欢酸辣的童鞋，可以加陈醋和老干妈。此法比方便面健康保守估计100倍~适合
我等懒人。而且因为其多变性，很难吃腻，啊，除非你什么面都不爱吃，或者什么调料
都不爱吃~
