道ESI不是Melamine，这个是你的猜测，你又把你的猜测当成你的证据了，这个太可怕
，你要是能猜对所有事情，可以不做试验直接在家写paper了。有些ESI没调好，分辨率
搞得差，导致broad peak 完全有可能的，你应该是要求提供high resolution 的ESI-

把以前的木板架子拆了,做成2层架子,好利用衣帽间空间
步骤
1 拆木板架子
2 摸灰补墙,用lightweigh joint compound摸，教训是一定刮干净，留得越少越好，不
然下一步累死你
3 磨墙磨平，一定等灰彻底干了，不然湿灰一下就把砂纸填平了
我用的oscilating tool砂纸磨得，效果不错，但是没有办法接吸尘器，虽然面积不大
，但是灰那叫一个多啊，所以一定做好防尘工作，最好买个可以结吸尘器的磨子，不贵
4 加texutre,买的两瓶25oz的homax orangepeel喷的，没喷多少就没了，如果要碰两次
要等第一次干了再碰第二次
5刷油漆，至少刷两层，等第一次干了再刷第二次
6装bracket,找stud那叫一个费尽，可能要换个stud finder了，我的基本没用，最后我

至少我看来，MS数据不严谨，但是你也不可能从一个不严谨的数据得到不是melamine的
结论？
你要完全确认这个结构至少要高分辨MS，加MS/MS，否则你不能说不是melamine
Malamine 的第一个isotope峰只有5%，如果是分辨率不好的ESI，确实就是这样的峰
另外你就不用教育我了，没有确凿证据，你就是在这里喊一万遍，也没屁用，
我是周末闲着没事才无聊回复你的。

9月间，骤然爆发的中国毒奶粉丑闻，占据了海内外中文媒体的主要版面。迄今，因食
用三鹿奶粉，患上肾结石的婴儿，至少达1253名，死亡至少2人，潜在受害者达3万人以
上，遍布中国各地。并祸及台湾：25顿三鹿奶粉流入台湾，制成各种食品，经由台湾民
众食用。
三鹿奶粉变毒，据说是被加入了化学用品三聚氰胺（Melamine）。三鹿集团公司于今年
3月份就接到投诉，但公司的回答一律是“严格按照国家标准生产”、“定期在国家权
威质监部门检测”、“有质量保证”。随着各地患儿剧增，直到整个社会都发出谴责时
，9月11日，三鹿集团才宣布开始回收产品。整整贻误了半年！
问题闹大，也是因为闹到了国外。新西兰恒天然（Fonterra）合作社集团，拥有三鹿集

1、我只是个普通人，只是喜欢读书、写东西而已。我所知道的大多只是些很肤浅的皮
毛而已，没有什么大不了的。只不过我比较擅长把适当的知识以适当的形式组织起来用
到适当的地方而已。一天读两三万字，写三千字，坚持几年大部分人都能达到。没有什
么大不了的。
2、我家的祖训不许子孙赌博。我一生只赌过一次钱，不过那是帮朋友的 弟弟戒掉赌隐
，我卷走了他所有财产交给了他的母亲(因为我们家的 孩子不能由赌博而获利)。我虽
然做过炒股、FX的系统，但我自己不到万不得已，从来不炒。我最后一次炒FX是为了向
一个对我很重 要的人证明我的理论的正确性和有效性。我用她的帐号炒，盈利都归 她
了，我自己并没有得到什么金钱上的好处。如果我好赌，我或许会比现在有钱，但我绝
对不会比现在充实，而且 会影响我的后代。我很幸运，我很年轻就理解了这条祖训的

我办公室的白板是个塑料的(Melamine?)，是前任留下来的，我出于为系里节省的心理
，直接接收了而没有要求买新的。用了三年了现在还没有发现破损啥的。唯一不好的地
方是有些特别深的划痕如果一开始偷懒没有擦特别干净，慢慢的就再也擦不掉了。
搪瓷的我在公共教室里见过，倒是比我的塑料板容易擦干净而且看起来高大上。但是太
重了，需要facility来在墙上钉heavy duty 的钉子，绝对不可以自己乱挂也不能轻易
移动。另外，的确会有裂纹（尤其是被太阳能晒到的地方），而且一旦出现裂纹，很快
需要换一个了。但是可能好处是可以在上面贴磁片？我觉得对于自己的办公室，没有必
要搞这么高大上的材料。
我倒是听说过有一种更新的材料叫做Ceramicsteel，据说综合了上两者的优点。要不你
试试这个？ |

我以为是玻璃的白板倒是可能是搪瓷（porcelain）的，不过不确定。
Porcelain的白板据说结实耐用，就是贵多了，可能也更重一些。 |
