，只是给大家科普一下，以有个概念（但不求100%科学正确）。
Left knee medial meniscus tear：左膝内侧半月板撕裂。
一个膝盖关键的部分就是那些韧带（四条）、股/髌/胫骨的软骨、和半月板（两个）。
这些都可以损伤、撕裂和破裂，韧带也可以全断。受伤了就发炎、积水、更痛。
半月板附着在小腿骨的最上端，和大腿骨最下端软骨可以有相对运动。半月板本身也是
软骨。
半月板损伤非常常见，一是运动导致，一是日积月累所用导致。一般是关节镜手术切除
裂掉的部分。林书豪去年做过此手术，Lakers' Metta World Peace也刚做过。
我的膝盖痛了一些时日，不过打球时不痛，奇怪有时打球还会让疼痛感好些。终于一月
多前痛/肿难忍，就挂拍开始找医生了。现在仍然不知是打球所致还是搬重物所致，并
不是某一天就疼得突然不能动了。
我的一个医生倾向手术，另一个倾向暂时不做。我现在想的是先修养半年再说。一月悠
闲，痛/肿好多了但是还有。

发帖数: 5870 | 5 还不到40岁。。。。北方人，从小就住在阴冷阴冷的背阴面，一直有关节炎，以前打球的时候保护措施也做得不太好，最近几年走路的时候两腿膝关
节都有声音。平时如果活动多了，就会膝盖不能伸直或者不能弯曲。但是通常，休息休
息就好了。前几天右膝盖忽然不能伸直了，并且到了比较严重的程度，连续几天都不好
。这才去看医生。照了X-ray 和 MRI.以下 是MRI的分析结果。
骨科大夫建议右膝盖手术，他说手术中会：
1）清理骨头表面，让它更光滑
2）清理关节腔内的各种碎片。。。
不知道是不是真的应该动手术。看病折腾了这么几天，现在不知不觉中，右腿又可以伸
直或者弯曲了,只是还不能快走和跑。现在很纠结，不知道是不是应该动这个手术。。

科普一下，但不求100%科学正确。

......给我做手术的surgeon有16年经验了......用钢钉（合金钉）
也是我和他讨论以后决定的...... 比两头都是bio-absorbable我感觉
要好，更符合力学原理。当然这也纯粹是感觉，小白鼠也有自主权么。
要取patellar tendon... 还要取meniscus... 咋能没有大口子...
东西不可能从小洞拉出来啊... 小洞当然还是有的... |

some congenital abnormality, not necessarily severe acute tear. but, without
actually examining you, I wouldn't rule out other causes.
you will need to see an orthopedic surgeon. it would be determined which
meniscus (lateral or medial or both) is involved. probably an MRI, then
decide whether surgery is needed. |

Based on what you described, you probably have ACL and meniscus injury with
possible PCL injury. If you have combined ACL/PCL injury, you absolutely
need surgery. If you have ACL and meniscus injury, you probably will need
surgery. If it's an isolated PCL injury, probably no surgerym, just rehab.
Once you have the MRI, you can msg me the results, I can let you know more
about the treatments.

surgery. Otherwise, your meniscus gets torn more and more and it would
reach a point that you have to get a surgery to fix it.
so, go get a x-ray, maybe a MRI as well. |

the field if it is broken. Especially if you try to make a cut. I was stupid
enough to experience that 1 month after torn ACL. Believe me, it hurt like
hell. I had to do ACL recon. Also, since a little piece of my meniscus on
the edge is also torn off, only attached by a shoestring, danggling outside
the bone, The doctor had to cut that piece off. So depending on the damage
of you meniscus, you might have to do surgery. |

不造成身体扭曲，越远越好。练短距离自由泳的，最后拼的就是这一英寸距离。臂展长
的，又能尽量前伸，占尽了便宜。
得看你的膝伤是哪种情况。是ligament，tendon，或者里面的meniscus。如果是侧面
ligament曾经撕裂过尚未痊愈，那么在身体扭动情况下抬膝盖会不舒服，游完会酸疼；
我自己滑雪就轻度撕裂过。前面的ligament撕裂的影响我忘记了，得放狗。如果是
tendon撕裂尚未痊愈，很快肌腱连接的肌肉就会感到非常疲劳，这个是听朋友说的，无
亲身体会。如果是meniscus，不碍事，听跟我学游泳的练滑冰朋友说的。 |

还没约。
physical therapist的意见是
肌肉强度非常好，恢复很快，身体条件很可能适合手术要求
还没约Surgeon，想请教一下应该询问哪些内容
以及关于手术的知识，有什么网上资源可以了解一下
也请介绍我去阅读。
Surgeon应该也会跟我详细的说，我想多方面了解，特到这里来

人每侧膝盖中各有两片C型状的水平软骨叫半月板(meniscus), 位于大腿骨和小腿骨之
间，起到一个缓震作用。动作不当会造成半月板撕裂。随着年龄的增长，半月板的材料
韧性减低，更易撕伤。损伤半月板的动作主要是脚植地，然后上身突然扭转。

只是半月板的话要好很多。当然torn半月板也有轻重。有的要重新缝合，有的只要把
torn的那一小部分剪掉吸出来就可以。不管怎样，恢复时间比韧带快很多。
