, don't feel sleep.
for a while I sleep for 9 hours but still feel tired
6 is probably good to me because most of the problem or difficulty in my
life are solved in that stage. But If something happen in the depressed
stage (even some simple stuff), I will drag it on and on until the
depression is gone..

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

看这个版也有几年了，一直觉得这个版挺和谐，有很多有用的帖子。我一般不大记得住

朋友的微博： 今天才知道原来二尖瓣返流还是狭窄引起得房颤不是通过心房得异常排
列得心肌而是因为心房体积得变化引起肺静脉周围电路传导的紊乱，这也是为什么房颤
射频在肺静脉周围一圈操作的原因。（但是我没查文献证实）。我就说嘛，AS 是心房
肥大，AR是心房变薄，用心房肌的多寡解释不了房颤的机制。

抑制素也对FSH分泌抑制。FSH暂时处于低水平，但E反而↑，因为E加强内膜细胞的分化

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。

发帖数: 343 | 29 从我找工作的经验看，urgent care雇的多因为工作压力挺大的，我看到的工作基本都
是15分钟看一个病人，而且基本都是3个12小时的班，有的诊所还需要oncall 或者负责
hospital round. 但是工资一般给的都不错。specialty我觉得要看个人兴趣，我原来2
个实习的地方给过offer，是pediatric neurology 和 menstrual disorder clinic，
但是觉得实在是太专科了，要是刚毕业就做专科，以后换工作可能比较困难。我们这边
医院专科的NP一般培训是3个月，但是我觉得专科的好处是，一般每个visit的时间比较
长，不用那么赶，而且一般有很好的support, 比如其他的NP 和 MD. |

last menstrual period was 3 days ago" + "no nausea, vomiting..."
and lastly "a small amount of free fluid in the cul-de-sac"
Each of others are all likely but not with the statement clearly stated as a
whole. |
