我把mental 分为3项， Conscious, Subconscious 和 Confidence. 这3像也是相互
feed off each other. 一旦这个feed cycle 形成， 你就会进入in the zone 状态。
但skill 是你的基础, 你要有一定的skill 才会有最初confidence， 有一定的skill
subconscious 才能在最早期take over the hitting.

非常郁闷。甚至晚上都做噩梦了。更夸张的是，要去的前一天晚上，我几乎一宿睡不着

在DAY ROOM有人大吵，大骂，然后又跑到一旁做运动。还有个黑人，我一去就握着拳头
绕着我一圈一圈的转，眼神很猥亵，口里还一直念着BEAUTIFUL,我真怕他会过来打我，

对会提升个人的内在能力和 professional level.
不知道国内现在的护士学校开设了这门课没有。以前在护校的时候是没有的。后来大概
要提高护理水准吧，所在的医院开始实行整体护理，强调心理护理什么的。护理杂志上
也有很多关于心理护理的书。个人觉得国内护士能把心理护理用到实处，真正理解，了
解的人太有限了。
对于国内的护士而言，她们的护理操作技术水平疾病知识不会比美国护士差，但是要作
为professionals,她们要欠缺很多。原因之一是护理教育，比如，当初在护校学心理学
的时候，背条条框框，死记术语。现在在这里重新学过才知道心理学究竟是什么。
为什么美国的nursing program 把Psychiatric mental health nursing作为护理基础
学科之一？这总是有它的理由的。Psychiatric mental health nursing 学的是病态的

周日的时候看six feet under，claire（那家的女儿，搞艺术的)说什么monogamy 都是
社会给人们灌输的观念，。。。。。。也许两个人在一起就是为了chemistry，当
chemistry没了，就应该找新的chemistry之类的。
然后我去costco grocery shopping。回来的路上我脑子又开始想到这句话。
在动物世界里面，父母教会子女们基本的生存本领，猎食本领，然后就让其自然的生长。
在人类社会里面，父母，老师，学校，社会也教会我们生存本能。
动物世界里面，父母不会去设立各种规范，你应该这样，不应该那样，所以说动物世界
没有走到高级社会。
人类社会，规范组织严密，在我们学习生存技能的基础了，我们同时被各种社会规范，
道德给洗礼着。我们被告知，应该做这些，这样做才会有好的 |
