既然有病，就要么自己病在家里不要出来打扰别人，要出来融入社会，就要接受治疗。
而不是我有病我是大爷，你们都要让着我，按照我的病情来决定社会的运转。
比如你得了传染病，你应该在家休养。出来接触社会，尽量不要打扰、传染给正常人。
如果是恶性传染病，那么可能会将你强制隔离。这种情况不是歧视病人，而是为了社会
的安全。作为病人，你必须得接受这样的安排。
再举个mental的。比如你有Schizophrenia，医生会鼓励你接受治疗，包括心理医生的
session和药物治疗。这不是歧视病人，而是为了病人好。如果不鼓励治疗，而是大家
陪着你演精神分裂后的角色，那对病人的病情是火上浇油。
回到Transgender，现在的问题就是一部分人不肯像comeandgo一样承认这是一种mental

如果用 power set 这种 propositional logic on sets，这样的话 brain task 看起
来主要就是靠 phonological thinking，而并不 activate spatial-temporal-
topological thinking。而这样的话，因为超过 "the magic # 7"，导致基本必须笔算
。而这种情况下，因为 brain 只用一块功能，dorsolateral prefrontal cortex 也用
不上。
（logician 那种九九集合逻辑表背得滚瓜烂熟，可以依靠 long-term memory 笔算的
另说，当然可能对心理健康可能没啥帮助）。
但如果用 “在每个灯泡上画点，然后每个灯泡上两两连成多边形，然后数多边形，考

最典型的，就是一场比赛中本队形势很差，本队队员很紧张，本队球迷很郁闷，但
他仍能在精神上挺住，始终给本队保留胜利的希望，隐忍良久，最后一刻反击成功。
能把逆风球打赢了，人会说你有 mental toughness；

Aside from technique, preparation, this is the biggest difference between
level. At lower levels, players tend to give the points away cuz of lack of
mental focus. Mental also affect how relax you are which affect your stocks.
Mental, what are you thinking between each point, what are you think during
a rally. Best way is not thinking at all during rally, but I don't think
that's feasible, we are not robot.... Etc.

Dealing with UE, you need to be mentally calm and learn to pull the
trigger only when you are in position and you don't need to hit the side
line all the time. Remember Agassi? When not in position, be a PUSHER,
defend and wait until you are in better position. Relax and don't force the
issue. I know the RELAX part is hard to do but trust me, the more you are
relaxed, the better you hit.

的确如果各个方面都到顶级了的确拼的是力量。 问题是作者说的是张帅而不是所谓的
练到最后。 “什么是练到最后”？ mental, physical, technical 都到了顶点。 而3
项最重要的是mental,也是张帅目前最需要的（澳网后希望能保持）。
说到力量，这和中文的精准有关（也可能是我中文差）. 力量=strength/force 还是力
量=power. Power = force x velocity. 如果作者说的力量是power那他融合了
strength 和技术。 那他说的还没太离谱。
楼主说到发球问题， 张帅明显技术上不如konta。 她发球不快是没能将自己最大力量
发出来， 这是技术问题。 正手技术上来说，她也没有konta的clean。 反手两人差不
多都是counter型。 综合技术张帅略次Konta， 但她第一盘很拼， 打了很多超出自己
平时comfort zone的球。 可 Konta 还是稳住了（几个关键的发球）， 那一波过去后
， 第二盘3个game 后， 张帅打的就有些乱了。

其实豆子的mental今年以来一直算是很好的。。。我时而会因为这事儿发飙，全部都发
生在法网之后，最主要的两次，一次是wimby，一次是montreal，最近几天我真的是有
非常认真地反省了一下，我觉得我真不是一称职的粉丝。。。温网刚开始的时候我并没
把握豆子能打成什么样儿，因为是他自己说他的膝盖现在已经不能对付草地，但是他的
前三轮打的真的是非常的smooth，所以我又开始侥幸地抱有幻想。。。我其实一直都还
算是个比较nice的粉丝的(自认为哈)，但是在温网那场比赛结束之后，盛怒之下的我在
心里骂了豆子两个词，一个是面包(可能是受了滚球的影响)，另一个是choker，因为我
当时真的是气晕了头了，但是后来平静下来之后我就挺后悔的，想想看他那一场比赛的
强度都顶别人的两场了有木有？整个法网他就只输了35个games，而那一场比赛他就输

花夕拾的时候我不是专门读了好多关于doc的文章吗，有一篇就谈到了这件事情。。。
那个时候我才意识到棒球是一样的，投手的出手没有时间限制，whenever you are
ready...那么应该是怎样的策略呢？doc对此的见解是，我只要机会允许，就要尽量打
快，因为既然双方之间是一个mental game,我一旦慢了下来，就给了你充分的喘息之机
可以calm down yourself,可以regroup yourself,而我的目的正是不能给你这样的机会
。。。这样我才能牢牢把握住一种主动的场上局面，让你在我的咄咄压力下感受到一种
沉重的mental压力，直到在mental和其他方面同时defeat你。。。doc认为这是他
refine他的tech skills的时候学到的最重要的事情之一。。。
其实网球是很类似的mental games...发球局本来是你的advantage,是你向对手施加压
力最好的机会，可惜很多人把他打成了自己的disadvantages...豆子很明显在别人的发

卢刚我记得不是精神病。
batman 那个哥们的律师说他有 mental illness，但是目前没有看到 report；但是
mental illness 很多案件里都被拿出来当挡箭牌；这个案例是不是我们可以拭目以待。
"几百万精神病患者" 是一个非常不准确的说法。

能监控的恐怕最多是 severe mental disorder（就是我们经常说的”精神病“）。
Mental disorder 太广泛了并且很多人自己都不见得清楚自己有。。。。

他还真是猪八戒倒打一耙。做过一点点research就会知道，当时的严重暴力和恐吓都是
所谓的正常人针对ppl with different sexual orientation进行的。在被惨绝人寰的
