互学。我发现虽然我仍然是唯一一个中国人，似乎少数族裔的比例确实在按年递增。系
主任讲到现在麻护招生有很多学校是对少数族裔有特别倾向性的，他介绍我这个组织
Diversity in Nurse Anesthesia Mentorship Program。我看了以后觉得他们对麻护有
兴趣的护士更有意义和帮助。大家不妨去他们的网站看看。
虽然先期付出不少，但麻醉护理是非常有成就感的专业，希望有更多的华人兄弟姐妹加

我觉得你说的这个“没有独立领导过任何小规模的项目”这个问题很少会有人对于new
investigator 提出来作为批评。除非那个申请者在拿到AP之前当过RAP,否则绝大部分
博士后都不会有“独立领导项目”的机会。
我觉得关于R03 or co-PI of a R01 这个问题，关键是要看后果和实效。对于我而言，
我会更注重于某个决定是否更有利于我将来拿大钱，而不是目前的小利。我有点不明白
楼主说的情况是怎么回事。如果楼主是独立PI为什么会有大老板？ 所以我猜楼主说的
