这两天新闻报道里提到IBM或出售其半导体业务，不知道大家有谁注意到了这些报道里
提到的潜在买家中，有一家叫global foundries最有可能中标。大家如果开车路过237
和great america parkway，会注意到那里在建一片新的玻璃幕墙的大楼，差不多快建
好了。其中有一座上面巨大的logo，就是global foundries。他们原来的办公楼在237
上880的地方。实际上，就在几天前，我在多个贴里连续提到过这家公司，因为其最近
新请了一个ceo，就是之前摩托罗拉移动部门卖给google时的ceo。一个确实算是精英的
老印，在高通从一个底层工程师迅速做到vp级的高管，后来被聘为摩托罗拉移动公司的
ceo，再后来把moto卖给了谷歌。

昨天，中新社和新华社同时发文（新浪等国内媒体转载），用中英双语宣布ABC公开道歉
并且称Kid's Table将被取消
今天再到google上一搜，标题还在，但是正文已经改了，说是ABC的spokesman
私下里给中新社新华社联系，但新华社回拨了电话无人接听
虽然是 ABC 自己网站上面的，可是没有任何 ABC 的高管 take responsibility。上次
就算是给80－20的信还有高管签名呢，这个news link什么都不算的。这就是一个狡猾
的fake。
很明显ABC／Disney已经感觉到了压力，我们需要继续努力，取得他们真正的道歉。
真正的道歉我认为必须 ABC的 CEO或者President在ABC自己的公司和新闻 主页 公布亲
自签名的诚恳道歉信。

国内的人来我一般会带他们去老公共图书馆和中央车站，体会下百年前美国人把钱花在
哪里，对比下同时代清政府把钱花在哪里了，为什么清朝总是挨打。
帝国实力给我印象深刻的是有次去佛罗里达的Sarasota，一个只有几万人口的非常小的
小镇，那里的沙滩是美国排名第一的。不过我说的印象深刻的不是沙滩，而是那个小镇
上有个博物馆John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art，它的收藏数量规模当然跟纽
约的met不是一个级别的，但是震惊的是得知这原来只是一个有钱人自己家院子里的存
放自己家个人收集的仓库里放不下的东西而自己盖的博物馆，只是没事儿自己看着玩偶
尔请亲戚朋友来看的，从不对外开放，他死的时候 把这些都捐给州政府了。博物馆在
风景非常漂亮的海边，建筑面积很大，估计得有接近半个met大，建筑细节非常考究，
到处都是数不清的古典雕塑装饰，比met的建筑还讲究，而且那些装饰包括里面的柱子
大都是从欧洲运来的文物。里面的收藏更厉害，主要是四五百年前意大利文艺复兴时期
