看了一下周边有没有meter可以扒车 以为会蛮顺利的 结果就出了问题
早上路上车蛮多的 提前几个block就开始看有没有空位 见着几个 就停上去了 前面就
有停个小汽车 觉得一切正常 塞了几块钱就走 这个时候差不多是09：45
10：30看了一圈回来 硬是找不到车子了 在bush street上坡下坡找了几个来回 觉得可
能是被偷了或者被托了 给911打电话 说让我先跟负责tow的部分联系 我就打给那个电
话 果然是被拖了
到了指定的地方（auto return co.）一共费用是453.75（tow & SF Admin fee-
excluding tickets) 最后在车窗上还有一个信封是 citation 83块.
document显示是10点钟被拖的 那边的的staff说原因是 停在了commercial zone了 回
来网上查了一下 SF确实是有供commercial vehicle loading&unloading的meter 这是

雨刷上加了罚单，一张是Violation，一张是tow fee，一张是Crane form，不知道理解
的对不对，一共就是$200?
原因：在Rush our停车了，我第一次找了个电子meter，meter显示不能停车，我换到另
外一条街，这个投币的meter什么都没有显示，我就投币了，meter也显示了2小时，我
就走了。回来发现车没有了，打电话，得知被拖到2000 Block Penn。
拖了之后，车没有什么问题
我承认我当时看牌子上的细则，错误的认为是周六（实际是周一），花钱卖教训。我准
备admit with Explanation by mail，争取能减少罚款

我就是想知道 1，房子以前有没有积水，或者墙面很潮的状况；2，就是下水管道以前
有没有漏过。
现在大部分的墙面和下水管道都在装修进去了，不能直接看到， 而且不能打开看里面。
一个inspector 说可以用moisture meter检查，能隔着木板检测到地下室墙面的状况。
他还说有种thermal meter，也可以检查，但是误差很高。
还有一个地下室里有个half bath.以后管道漏水什么的是不是可能性很高？
有人有过那个moisture meter and/ or thermal meter的经验么？可靠么？ |

1. 中国使馆签证处负责照相的那个人有时候可能不在，这样没有带照片的只能去3楼旅
行社照快照，或者在附近的CVS照。 自己照的照片很多时候因为这样那样的原因不合格。
2. Parking: 使馆旁边有一个solo parking, $4 /小时， $6/2小时 flat rate.
street parking meter紧挨签证处的bulding有两个block有,我去的时候都停满了,而且
其中一个meter坏掉了,如果不坏的话,parking by the meter其实是更好的选择,因为便
宜多了($1/hour?如果到处的meter都一样的话.) 附近小巷的parking大多数都需要
zone3 permit, 剩下的都需要diplomat permit, 否则你park 上去被抓到了就会吃罚单
,金额多少我不知道, 但是听一个大妈说好几十. 前面贴子里面说小巷可以park,但是我
仔细看过附近所有的小巷,都要zone3 permit, 否则被抓到一定会吃ticket.大家注意一

去签证换护照，最近几次都很运气，直接就停在楼下的METER。
去CHINATOWN现在停METER也很方便的。

需要移动一下车，还是不限时呢，可以停一天？
另外地铁周围的meter周末也免费，那么地铁站旁边的meter可以停很久么？还是说也必
须找那种可以daily park的地铁站停车呢？
