10K at their marathon race pace in the midst of their training. But when
they peak for the race, they will be racing fast. |

起劲来写游记。但是这次出行前在精华区找了很久没有特别多关于千岛湖的有用信息，

行程：
Day 1: 早上10点抵达Buffalo机场，取车。11点到大瀑布，买了套票，先走了马蹄瀑布
和美国瀑布。坐trolley到水族馆看海狮表演和企鹅喂食，出来坐了一下discovery
center的“电梯“。坐trolley回到visitor center，坐maid of the midst，出来时在
observation tower上面照相。坐trolley到cave of the wind入口，近距离感受大瀑布
的魅力。全程结束，大约傍晚7点，回到酒店check in。放下行李后，开车去Buffalo吃
正宗的buffalo wings。晚上回到来瀑布边上看灯光效果。一天就这样结束了。

Transformers: Dark of the Moon does put me in some dilemma. To call it a
movie would be gross injustice, for it is anything but, it is a sad, raucous
, empty 150 minute flick that tricks you into yawning insufferably. To call
it a bad movie would be no less an injustice, as it would give the bad
movies a bad name. So if we agree to call it Thing, I should say that it is
