be fine.
My twins were born at 29 weeks too -- one of them is just above 2lbs. I use
adjusted age to check the milestone. Your is much fatter than mine (my
twins were only around 17lb at this age) -- maybe that's why his milestone
is delayed. You can wait for 1 more month to see if he is able to roll over

过招的机会。
milestone去的最早，俺是第二。然后就第一次和这位传奇人物热身。热了5分钟，感觉
体温已经达到华氏110度，并呈脱水症状。
伙计，色火，寿星陆续到来，外朋在吃完满汉全席后踱着方步，在俺打完两人后才出现。
先和色火打，他的发球和防守都很均衡，尤其反手的一拨，甚是见功力。最可气的是放
高球，把俺放死了3回。
伙计粉墨登场，刚和milestone玩完捉迷藏，虽说体温也不低，可和俺打，基本属于热
身。更重要的是找回了在飞机上忘掉的反手拉球，他要是分到包子，俺应该有份。伙计
的搓球和正手 比较凶悍。后来和外朋打，简直犹如神助，正手怎么拉怎么有。
下面和吃满汉全席的打。外朋发球，尤其是近网短球很好，欺负俺们不会挑打，吃了不
少。他的正手在俺这里的威力还不很明显，因为俺不愿意给他机会。后来在打色火的高

虽然只是博士后，儿女的学费我出，自己的退休也会安排在60 之前
和儿子说好了：上公校，费用我负全责；去私校，我负责EFC和有利息的贷款部分。待
遇和他姐当年一样。
我退休，自己负责，不准备让孩子承担任何责任。争取干满25年，满60退休，拿退休前
工资的55%，争取用这个钱满足两老的基本生活开销；自己存在退休账户里的钱，争取
在退休时接近一百万，这样每年可以拿出来2%，做两老的旅游费用。结余的钱最后进养
老院。。。
我退休账户的投资并不出色，多年回报不如sp500，大约少了一个到两个百分点。尤其
近几年，离退休近了，慢慢从股市里退出来。但我没在股市里丢钱--2000年前后我不懂
股市，也没钱，观看了一场好戏，加上pension和社安保险的比较，让我懂了细水长流

我发现最有效的办法是把一个sprint分成几个milestone，每个milestone完成一个功能
，下面有多个issue，每个milestone让一个老司机负责，让他们自己管理。 |

2016年生物领域的 {韩春雨事件} 已经进行了4个月了。
现在看来这个事件面临着3个层面的问题：
第一个层面：
韩春雨NBT论文NgAgo基因编辑功能的不可重复性
= “科研学术不端及造假”的问题
科学的问题， 科学的方法来解决
这是世界各地科研人员们已经在做的事情了。
4个月了，还是无人能够重复验证NgAgo的基因编辑功能。
韩春雨组也声明在做重复实验，也仍未能够发布任何结果。

2016年生物领域的 {韩春雨事件} 已经进行了5个多月了。
由于无法被同行重复，韩春雨的NgAgo基因编辑工具，已经被世界各地做基因
编辑的科研人员们放弃了。同行们会接着使用CRISPR这个很可靠的基因编辑
工具。
虽然基因编辑行业现在已经放弃了韩春雨的NgAgo，韩春雨还是对世界科研界
造成了不小的影响。
那么，这个事件的影响有多大呢？
据Addgene 2016年8月份统计，已有近30个国家的大约400个实验室从
Addgene拿到了韩春雨的NgAgo 质粒。而中国的实验室，很多是直接从韩春雨
那里拿到质粒的。另外相当一部分的实验室，是自己克隆或合成NgAgo的。这
样加起来，世界各地有500家甚至更多的实验室计划了NgAgo重复试验。几百
家实验室，没有一家实验室能够发布数据来支持韩春雨NBT文章里描述的
NgAgo基因编辑功能的结果。
