下面是我女儿在高中三年级（2015-2016学年）选修高中《美国历史大学先修课》（AP
American History）时所写的学期论文（junior thesis）。本地高中学生一般公认高
中文科最具挑战的课程就是《美国历史大学先修课》。我女儿总体上比较爱好理工科课
程，对我这个文科专业的父亲来说，总觉得高中文科的课程也是极有意义的。然而我女
儿是一名多年参加体操俱乐部系统训练（每周要有20多小时的体操训练，还要加上外出
参加比赛的时间）的运动员，因此对选修这门阅读量很大的美国历史大学先修课程颇有
顾虑。我考虑到这门课程的对女儿的阅读，思维和写作都有很大帮助，就极力鼓励她选
修这门课程，并且“保证”如果学期成绩只能获得B也不会有所“责难”。最后女儿“
不知深浅”地选修了这门高中文科重头课程，即使在就读期间她还一直有点“耿耿于怀

美国海军跟造舰厂商对柏克Flight 3首舰的合同存在一些歧见。美国海军一直以前面一
批柏克Flight 2A使用的固定价款合同（fixed-price contract）来与柏克的两家承造
商──通用动力（ General Dynamics）旗下巴斯钢铁（ Bath Iron Works ，BIW）与
杭廷顿.英格斯（Huntington Ingalls Industries，HII）协商柏克Flight3的首舰的合
同。
BIW不同意柏克Flight 3首舰使用固定价款合同，因为柏克Flight 3相较柏克Flight 2
有许多设计变动，而细部设计还没有完全定案，在这种情况下没有足够信息精确估计成
本。
BIW是柏克级的第一供应商（英格斯向来是第二），美国海军本来打算指定让BIW建造首

NASA说停就停，可以完全没有警告. 他的人要管spaceX的管理， 只有review过了才付

1. 写好的你的需求，发布招聘的时候可以写几个screening questions，提几个技术性
的问题（你也大概知道答案的，而且有一定难度的），可以过滤不少人，很多人都会说
我做过什么，招了我就告诉如这几个问题的答案，或者回答的很泛泛，直接无视，过滤
掉。
2. 招了之后，其实是可以分好多个milestone，一部分一部分给钱的
我用的是固定费用，基本上分3-4次，只有当雇的人做出了一定结果并demo给我，我才
会付这一部分的钱，并开启下一个milestone
这样，即使出了问题，你也可以止损。如果有人一直拖着
你可以继续找别人，让你的contract open，还可以找别人继续做，不一定要把全部费
用给一个人。
3. 费用的问题。你可以参考upwork上面其他的工程。
或者用小时付费的方式，看看进度和工程量，知道最终需要多少钱。
