formula总是安排在每顿辅食之前，中间隔一段时间。大人喂的顿数要比别的孩子多一
些，辛苦，但这样可以让他多吃点。
后来大了一些，15个月左右，基本作息差不多如下：
8：00 230ml formula
9：00 蛋黄米糊
12:00 中饭
12:30 - 14:00 午觉
14：30 开水
15：00 水果
16：00 230 ml whole milk
18：30 晚饭
21：00 睡觉
下午4点那顿whole milk我加得似乎不是很犹豫，他不是空腹喝whole milk，后面紧跟
着又没有饭需要吃，不会挡饭。
据说空腹喝whole milk，一是比较容易胀气，二是没有配东西比如馒头之类的主食，牛
奶直接流走了，没有主食不容易在肠胃里停留，所以并没有吸收到营养。比较疑问的是
早上那顿奶，他胃不是很大，如果和其他主食配着吃，也许230就喝不完；如果直接喝
，230一定可以喝完，但那样又是空腹喝的。
纠结中。。。请各位jms指教，大家怎么给宝宝吃早餐和配whole milk得。谢谢先！ |

的朋友一份thank you gift。我现在找不到帖子了，希望当时回帖的mm能看到短我下。
顺便说说这个breast milk bank挺不错的，给storage bag，blood test都是上门给做
，如果捐满300oz还给给300刀的check作为购买pump的reimbursement.
但是哦，这个机构是和一家生物公司合作的，不是non-profitable的，有捐奶意图的mm
注意下。
我开始也是选的local hospital的milk bank，不知道是不是本地医疗费用缩减了，给
我回复是要我自费lab做DNA和blood test，自己联系OB和PED要medical consent form
，最后还得自己把奶送医院去。。。我觉得太费时间和精力了，都宝宝在家，哪有功夫

It is fine until now he is potty training. I am trying to reduce the
urinating habit during night sleep, so don't want to offer him the milk
before going to bed. Then it is difficult to maintain the same amount of
milk uptake.

医生说已经可以给他喝whole milk，但是也有人跟我说有点早。。
另外就是whole milk和formula到底有多大的区别呢？感觉宝宝喝whole milk不是特别
的抗饿，不知道是不是没有formula营养高？ |
