比如，你家小朋友不听话，你让他去面壁罚站，他一定得乖乖地去，而且说站多久就站
多久。这个过程里你并没有动用任何武力，也不用抓着胳膊把他拽过去，这就是最简单
的 mind control。
显然，一定年龄后，或是对成年子女，这套就不再管用，至少你没把握。抛开其它因素
，这实际上说明，mind control 是有条件的，就是你得在关乎某种“能力”、“能量

练习的时候发球挺好，比赛会出现连着三个DF, 练习用mindfulness抛球， 盯球。。。
总之专注动作，专注现在，进入到旁观者清的境界，自己观察自己打球的动作，效果不
错，DF减少到一次一个。
每一个好球或者失误都这么“回头”观察一下，及时总结， 好的发扬光大，不对的改
正，不要说Sorry, 不要自责。 |

中文里说一个人有美丽的心灵肯定不是说这个人有多么聪明的大脑。
但‘mind'在英文里指的是人的智力（intellect), 是一个人认知世界，推理的能力，
都是和大脑相关的， 这和电影的主题人物-Nash-的故事是一致的。
如果说Nash的妻子有一颗美丽的心灵，那是没有疑问的，但显然这不是电影的主题。
如果译成美丽的大脑，中文就显得很笨拙。
‘beautiful'除了美，是不是还有一种对’Nash'的聪明表示惊叹的意思，有一种妙不
可言的意味。如果译成‘美妙的心智’呢？ |

刚来美国时，听到什么外f，以至到现在的剩女什么的，这些都是多么无聊的名词，我
都会觉得很惊讶。世界上这么多国家，文化不同是理所当然的，为什么把它看作是什么
坏事？为什么文化不同，所以没有共同话题?我觉得越是文化不同，才有更多的话题,对
方越是跟你不一样，越是有想要了解的地方。如果一件事两种看法，你可以发现原来可
以有另一种角度去看问题，那是何其快乐之事？甚至可以从中取长补短的话，何乐而不
为呢？
如果因为文化不同而却步，那来美国的意义是什么呢？（如果我们像北朝鲜吃不上饭，
所以来美国的，那我无话可说）一个生活在国外的人，为什么心胸之狭窄，视野如此闭
锁呢？为什么不能眼界开阔一点，开心的去接受这些文化上的不同，看到异族文化的长
处呢？如此取长补短，才能不断让自己进步。说到那个教育孩子的问题，汲取中外之长
处，找到一个融合的教育方式不是很好吗？为什么一定要二者选一，一定要听某一方呢？
英语里面我比较喜欢的词汇之一就是open mind.外国人有很多缺点，没必要去一一数落
，长处就在于他们的open mind,当然不是全部如此。很多外国人找女朋友，不介意年龄
