按照佛法讲，“心”“识”的定义是“能缘”，具有指向，观察“所缘”的作用。他依

以前经常看见一个问题“人生的意义是什么？”如果佛法所讲人生皆苦，修习佛法的终
极目的是为了解脱，不堕轮回，那我们今生到底有什么样的意义呢？我们单纯是因为业
力的原因不得不在轮回中继续打转麽？
佛法的核心四圣谛，讲得就是苦，集，灭，道。其实就是了知苦，如何灭苦，以及实践
灭苦。佛法的实践就是八正道。
今天早晨我突然觉得，其实正是因为我们在轮回里，我们是人，我们在不停地经历人生

新工作虽然基本适应了，生活中也有不少值得开心得事情，但身心仍无法轻安，心态有
细微的压力/焦虑。早上开车上班的路上看到初升的太阳和广袤的天空，提醒自己，修
心比工作重要多了，事实上没有什么比修心更重要了。虽然我。。。。。，可仍然充满
缺乏感和不安全感，深深地感到缺乏/不饱足/不轻安，什么都没有，一无所有。况且，
除了修心，还有什么好玩/有意思/有兴趣的么？修心已经上升到了人生意义的高度了。
可是一进公司，这些提醒就全部抛到脑后了，就沉陷进工作中去了，完全无法观照，连
观照的想法都不曾升起过。唉。
晚上回来，跑步练舞淋浴，然后，散盘，设置闹钟1小时。试图观照，很难观照，思绪

2 翻译的有点问题， 网上找地英文版， 读起来好多了， 第一句

谈到修行，你真正唯一需要的是由诚实与正直开始
英文强调诚实和正直make a start， 而中文读着觉得是强调 唯一
我觉得正常的翻译应该是， 只要有诚实与正直的信念就可以开始修行了
