Here should is 情态动词。
I used the word "killing" because Jimmy was explicitly using the word "
killing". Plus this one event, the 14-yr old was using a box-cutter (knife)

接下来那个问题“Should we ALLOW the Chinese to live?”里面用的allow这个词。
