方黑像那些电信骗子，采取的是广种薄收的策略，发的邮件多了，总有上当的。但此前
其成效甚微。他们曾向几十家国外出版社投诉，说我“剽窃”他们的插图，但只有一家
来向我问是怎么回事，对我的解释表示理解。他们曾向几十位国外作者投诉我“剽窃”

人高兴的自称流泪了说是出乎意料。
等到6人身份一曝光，发现一半是黑人。两个打头被最高罪名起诉的都是黑人。其中唯
一一个以2级谋杀罪起诉的是黑人，当时任警察车的驾驶员。据称是因为他故意开车颠

这几个黑人警察已经开始喊冤，通过家人在电台说负责的应该是参与逮捕的警察，因为
Gray被押到警车时已经受伤了。这个的确明摆着是真的，因为从录像上看，他当时已经
基本瘫痪，不能走路，被像布娃娃一样拎着过去的。可见他的脊柱是由那3个逮捕他的
白人警察造成的。
但是检察官闭口不提逮捕过程，然后依据验尸官的证词，说是格里的伤跟螺丝帽对上号
了，就是在囚车里摔坏的。
终于，有黑人恍然大悟了。。。原来是因为这个原因警察们被起诉的！
黑人警察要为逮捕Gray的是那3个白人警察做替罪羊了。想起了梁警官，不知道是不是
该感到黑人得了报应？

attorneys in the Freddie Case from publicizing evidence before the trial.
Mosby, who is prosecuting six police officers in Gray's death, wanted a
court hearing to argue for a protective order that would bar the release of

2月20日（星期六），美国华人反种族歧视大游行在即，大家有必要看看为什么白人警
察无罪，而华人警察有罪。
梁警官的案子，和密苏里的枪杀案子和纽约锁喉案无法类比。密苏里的死者是刚刚Rob
抢劫了便利店，白人警察前往拦截，反被袭警，抢枪，警察“自卫开枪”。重达400磅
的纽约死者，刚刚与人打了一架，还挑衅了警察数分钟，而且也不是被勒死，而是死于
所诱发的心脏病，在该案的全程录像中（网络到处都有）可见：“锁喉”只有十几秒时
间，不至于致人命，白人警察的制服动作也看不出违规之处。
和梁警官的案子，最为相似的是发生在同为纽约市布鲁克林政府福利楼里的白人警察枪
杀19岁黑人蒂莫西案。类比如下（详细请见庭审Memo）：

华人警官案： 犯罪高发的政府楼。第七层楼道门边。不同之处：第七层楼道是住户正
常出入的地方。
