上次贴了个肌肉照片，反应比我想象中好，以为很多mm会接受不了呢！我来分享一下我
现在的一周运动计划。
具体计划不是一成不变的，会根据自己的身体状况和社交活动进行调整，但是基本原则
不变：
1 - 每周练5天，休息2天，每练2-3天休息1天，不连续休息
2 - 按强度来说，每周大练3天，中练2天，不会连续大练，大练前1天休息或中练，以
保持体力，后1天也休息或中练，帮助恢复
3 - 休息日从事recovery运动（比如慢慢的游泳，或简单的yoga）或拉伸（比如roller

滚）或什么也不做
4 - 每项运动每周只做1次

今天又去上了kickboxing，两个人对打的那种。刚一拉开驾式，老师就跑过来说：你怎
么拳头离脸这么近？咱们泰拳不是这样滴！。。。对哦，泰拳的驾式是跟中国功夫差不
多的，是这样滴～～～ :)
那天能让我的拳击教练跟泰拳老师打一架就好了！
话说我的boxing教练真的是好有力气！昨天练腿的时候，他让我趴在bench上往后蹬腿
，他用一只手顶着，我就得使出吃奶的劲才能慢慢蹬出去。人都说胳膊拧不过大腿，我
看他要是真用全力的话，我的大腿绝对拧不过他的胳膊.
回来说今天的课。配对的是个大白妞，比我高大半个头，体重至少150磅，膀大腰圆的
，贼有力气。我拿着mitten被她踢被她打的时候，真是不容易hold住。。。打架比赛要
按体重分级，实在是太有道理了！我下次得找个体重轻点的妞对打。 |

problems. Gears I carry:
2-person tent
sleeping bag
clothes including big fluffy mittens and down jackets
pot, stove, fuel
shovel
food
water
helmet, harness, biners, slings etc
ice axe and sleeping pad on the outside
If you think you need a 85L pack for a 2-3 day backpacking trip, think again. |

发帖数: 18987 | 14 漂流阿拉斯加冰河是长久以来的愿望,有一天我们将进行这项挑战, 在此之前为了做足
功课,特意在这次劳工节假期,安排了体验尼娜娜冰川河商业漂流.
之前几天一直下雨,天气阴晦, 本想钓三文鱼结果大上一当，anchorage附近三文鱼季节居然提前结束了，白买了鱼证和好多鱼饵。
等到达德那利国家公园的傍晚, 根本看不到麦金利山头。但是到漂流这一天时来
运转，突然天气放晴, 山头完全露了出来, 两岸金色的秋叶映衬着蓝天, 想来将是个美
好漂流行程, 比起在阴冷而又雾气弥漫的情况下漂流简直难以想象.
一路上果然是尖叫和欢笑停不住, 轻舟漂过, 只带走美景和回忆.

不得不提一提同漂的fairbank人Sean一家,正好和我们同住一家营地, 从来没见过这么
喜欢BSO的,但很有趣,我发现自从有smart phone最大的好处可能就是人们随时可以BSO,
和Sean聊天的时候他动不动就给掏出手机,show几张照片或者一段录像.
不过阿拉斯加人果然过的赛神仙, 因此才有那么多好show的东西.Sean是一个警察, 他
的家人也大多在政府部门工作, 自从十年前搬到阿拉斯加后就走不动了。

这手套有mitten，比手指分开的暖和多了。套可以翻开，塞到后面去。
我的手比较怕冷，有很多副手套了，但这双好太多了。可以说是鸟衣的级别。 |

Superbowl Day,又奇冷无比,再加上雪场昨天半价Promotion,今天基本没人,Zero Lift
Wait time,爽到家呀. 我总共没滑到10次,水平衰的很.今天学习了Carving,感觉稳多了.
可惜摄影师没法来.难得我心情好,奔一个旧年缓坡上拍着玩的,当时水平更差,大家多批
评.看屏幕中间黑裤子,浅色上衣的.

本来是想在这里的手套景色宿营区（Mitten View Campground）搭帐篷，顺便冲个凉。
但是印第安大婶说已经过了夏季了，所以营区不在提供水和电了。
虽然我不在意自己很脏，但是明天晚上往波士顿飞，后天一早到了上班不能浑身臭烘烘
的，还要见人呀。
所以今天这个澡一定要洗。
于是往不远的另一个宿营地 Goulding's Campground 开去。
没打算住这里，所以偷偷地溜进浴室（在办公室兼礼品店里面）冲了个凉。
换了衣服，精神气爽的在外面又吃了桶豆豉鲮鱼当晚餐，继续啃波士顿带过来的酸面包。
然后又开回纪念碑谷的游客中心看夜景。
现在这里已经漆黑一片了，决定还是继续睡车后座。
游客中心的观景台上空无一人，烈烈的晚风吹拂下很惬意。
月亮还没有升起，可以看到银河。
这是一张月亮没升起的照片，可以看到繁星运行的轨迹。
远处还可以不断看到闪电，照片最左边。

很废电池，好在游客中心的洗手间里还有电源可以充电。
在观景台上欣赏着夜景，不知不觉把酸面包全吃光了。

本来这回想参加个旅游团，可以深入到景区内部，比如看看 Yei Bi Chei 那里的沙丘。
还有看看当地生活的印第安人。
但是时间不是很多还是算了，等下次吧，我想还是会有下次的。

However, as you can see, it is illegal to import, transport, or possess live
Chinese mitten crabs. But I guess it will be penalized less when caught
than if you try to sneak in from abroad. Also, check your own state's
regulation if they have any regulation on this. |

他又被吸引回来，抱着球愣愣地听。音乐真是好东西，让面目枯燥的修女立刻容颜生动
，焕发灵气。要是灌水的文字都变成音乐，会少掉很多戾气吧，最尖利的詈骂都会变成
《魔笛》里的莫扎特丈母娘的花腔咏叹调，令人击节赞叹啊。
小时候看《音乐之声》印象最深的是Do Re Mi。现在最有感触的反而是当年觉得平淡的
《Edeiweiss》。Von Trapp上校唱到“Bless my homeland forever”时，我都喉结生
块。民族不同，乡情共通。想想什么歌最简单朴素地表达我们的思乡之情？第一个想到
的是《龙的传人》，可歌词太长，记不住。《茉莉花》或许在形式上最接近《雪绒花》
，但歌词轻薄了些，没有思乡的升华。内容上最接近的可能是《小燕子》，可“这里的
春天最美丽”不如“Bless my homeland forever”直接有力。《我们的田野》也是好
歌，“无边的稻田 好像起伏的海面”，多美的画面。可惜这些歌不太流传了。Von
