？ censorship是一个灰色的领域。 每个国家都有。只是应用的范围和方法不同而已。
就拿美国来说：你就不能在网上散布种族歧视，个人威胁，未成年人色情，共产主义（
比如说那个撞机joe的遗言），暴力推翻政府等等。
美国表面上对互联网的控制比中国松主要有三个原因。美国对互联网的立法跟不上互联
网的发展，美国对网络的监控能力和美国个人的法制意识。说到监控能力， 在美国个
人在网上的活动基本上都可以被监控。 比如说你在网上非法下载一首歌，人家只要愿
意马上就可以找上家门。某个城市有些青少年利用社交网站搞‘flash mob' 聚会。 下
午要搞呢，上午警察的预警就出来了。那个臭名昭著的xxxxJane. 还没做什么呢就给逮
起来了。这些都是明显的例子。 加上美国人的法律意识也强。 黄色网站上写上18岁
不许看。可能美国人就不看了。 换到中国你觉得这个行得通么？
