我于去年9月赴匈牙利布达佩斯经济科学大学作高级访问学者，进行了为期半年的

赴匈之前，看到国内许多媒体上经常引用西方国家的报道说，东欧国家尤其是匈牙

选Ryan虽然风险大，但绝对值得一试，这人口才很好，年轻，有狠劲，有理论有理想有
行动纲领。
除了2008经济崩溃特例，Bush以后的选举大多是激发基本盘的模式，看谁的基本盘肯出
来投票。因为两党基本盘就是几个百分点区别，多弄出点人来投票比什么都管用。
而所谓10%的中间选民就是随大流，看哪派造势占上风就倒向那边。
中间选民这个概念有很大欺骗性，实际上是不关心政治没什么看法的人。毕竟现在社会
现实充满尖锐矛盾，如果还没形成政治看法，那就真是没什么想法的人了。这种人最容
易被媒体造势宣传在最后时刻所左右。所以只要把基本盘搞high了，声势造足，不怕中
间选民不跟风。
Romney所谓tax return根本就是一个O8媒体发明的一个骚扰joke。Romney从2002当州长
就把财产blind trust了，交税都是根据税法寻求最小税率，IRS不找他麻烦其他人操什
么心。以前总统选举公开多少tax return都是随便，没人关心。
Romney这人就是太能赚钱，又不像大门Jobs一样发明什么有型产品，所以遭人恨和怀疑。
