第一，是不是“仅仅靠小孩证词定罪”。很多人说小女孩早熟有编造的可能，并且举出
别的性侵案作为证据，甚至还有德国电影。不要忘了，这是刑事案，不是民事案。民事
案只要有利的证据相对于不利的证据更多就可以判。刑事案需要beyond reasonable
doubt才可以判。什么叫做beyond reasonable doubt? 就是任何一个“reasonable"的
人，来看这个证据，都会认为他有罪。这可不是随便说说就能定罪的，肯定还需要小孩
的证词，当时的环境，其他人的证词，被告自己的交代，合成一条证据链。就算不是完
美的，至少要beyond reasonable doubt的。陪审团整整一个星期听取双方辩论，审查
证据，绝不可能仅仅是小孩的话。如果小孩说，老张在楼上花了20分钟猥亵她，而两个

法庭旁听，进一步表达支持。
互助会负责人之一的应光永指出，在经过漫长的取证和充分的准备之后，将召开张
连德师傅性侵案上诉听证会。上诉律师提出了充分的证据，说明张师傅的判决是错误的。
应光永表示，负责该案的检察官在接到上诉书后，已经承认第一项最重的定罪「加
重情节性攻击罪」(Aggravated Sexual Battery)是错误的，愿意提出减刑和解方案，
但已被自认清白无辜的张连德拒绝。
据悉，张连德是于2014年12月30日，带着两名工人为一家华人搬家，而张被控于原
告父母均在场的搬家现场时，性侵犯年幼女童。福赛思法院于2016年3月30日审结，张

。回来他有联系另外一所大学去做教授，应为他在自己的领域非常有名，对方学校答应
给他位置。原来学校有好事者，打电话通知他的新学校。这小老头还没等去新的学校就
接到通知“忘了那个信吧，我们不能雇你。”
另外提醒大家在买东西时要看好自己的孩子，有人就在你的身边。约两年前我发现他在小沃尔马活动，最近又在meijer见到他。感觉他是在恶意接近小孩，他与一般人说你小孩很漂亮的俗套不一样，他还是很容易区别的。这个人我在看家狗上见到他了，他的罪名是Child Molesting。
最后，我查了一下这个姚庆伟，他是榜上有名的。 |
