可以理解谁都不想天天搬家，但也有不得不搬的时候。比方碰到个天天唱歌跳舞
到半夜的邻居、比方楼上有个两岁的夜啼郎、比方搬进去后才知道这个区不安全、
比方马桶三天两头堵。
这些头疼的事，未必给你足够的理由 break lease，如果 stuck 在 annual
lease 就麻烦啦。而 month-to-month，给个 30 天 notice 就可以走人。
只要房客别太过分，房东是很少会赶人的。
所以同样条件下，租房，我个人更倾向于 month-to-month，因为自由。
安稳诚可贵，押金价更高，若为自由故，二者皆可抛。

我2月10号左右通过craigslist联系了本地一个美国人，然后租了他一间房间。搬进去
的时候说好是按month by month来交房租，但是要提早一月通知房东，如果我要搬的话
。由于他当时的lease上写的是按照从那段时间到那段时间的，格式上不对，所以他自
己手动进行了涂改。但是最后我们也没有在2份lease上签字，我记忆中应该是这样的。
现在2份lease也都在他那里。入住当天，按照2月份剩余的天数($255)，和约定
security deposit(500),last month rent ($500),我写了一张$1255的支票给房东，他
没几天就兑现了。
住了将近有2个到3个礼拜，然后我发现这段时间我鼻子流鼻涕，后来逐渐发展到留鼻血
，或早上醒来发现鼻涕结块有血块之类的，我应该是对他家的宠物过敏或者对他自己砍
院子里树木烧木材取暖过敏。所以我跟房东协商我想提早搬出去。协商结果是房东同意
如果提早找到人代替我入住，就退我security deposit和last month 月租。在2月29号

so one can finish the loan earlier.
So there is no benefit to do the half-month payment, for example, if I pay
500 at the 1st and 15th of each month, it would be same as that I pay 1000
at the 15th of each month.

saying that if you joined now they would give you a $10 in-store coupon plus
, your membership would be for 14 months instead of 12 months. Membership
is $45 but if you subtract the $10 coupon you are essentially getting the $
45 membership for $35, and with the extra 2 months, you are getting 14
months for $2.50 per month.
