哈哈，菜鸟！本想赞一下张老大的观点，直接发信过去了。。。张老大，不要当我是骚
扰，嘿嘿！
-- 老大说的比较在理，房东都是租房赚钱，谁会和钱过不去呢！这个房主应该人不错
，第二天我去看房之前就打电话说，别人租了，想必各方面都还让人满意。说到底，因
为我还有1-2年毕业，不太情愿变动。
其实我现在住的也是合约期满，然后month to month，已经续了1年多，没签新合约。
当然，坏房东也是有的，比如我有的朋友就说，千万不要跟房东住阿，甚至最好租公司
的房子，因为房东总会苛刻一点，尤其是觉得你不会象他那么爱惜，总归有点心疼，可
以理解的。
不过不管怎样，要move on了，目前看的两处都是management出租，感觉条件不如
family那么面面俱到，但好在自由，今天会去一处先交holding deposit了，等下周准
备好lease再去签。看过我另一个帖子的朋友可能知道，昨天还纠结要不要冒险先付钱
，等lease，哈哈！今天就淡定了，下午就去交钱，因为房子还不错，另一个选项的房

因为你住在房东楼上，如果碰到个不好的房客，比如半夜弄出很大的噪音，房东就可以让你搬走。
你如果坚持签一年的合同，房东有可能不租给你，因为人家也要保护自己。
当然你可以试着问问， 也许房东和你交谈后对你感觉挺好的就改变主意了。
没碰到收佣金的房子，佣金一般是房东给的吧？ 只碰到过收申请费的，也不是很多，交就交了。 |

some other things, the customer said there would be a $10 HDTV TAX fee from
7th month(the fee is waived for the first 6 months due to promotion.).
But I didn't see any term mentioned this fee on Comcast's web site.
Does anyone know if Comcast always charge the customer this $10 HDTV TAX
monthly fee for the use of HD service?
