ever entered your vagina, and you are <40 years old, and no one in your family
has ever had cancer, you can explain this to the doctor and refuse this part
of the exam. |

Get the bone marrow slides and find a licensed hematopathologist for
consultation. Morphologically, MDS is not an easy diagnosis for anyone, even
an experienced hematopathologist, not to mention that you want the

the marrow biopsy report only showed increased number but failed to show
anaplastic or clonal features in the lymphocytes.
also, for morphological examination of marrow cells, marrow aspirate is much

医生说想正常怀孕会很难。推荐体外受精，可是我真得很担心，担心这样即使怀孕了宝
宝也会有问题（因为精子太差），还有，医生开给我催促排卵的药，说这样会比较好的

因为中国医生和美国医生都说了听性脑干测试如果没有问题 就说明没有问题。
其他测试都不能百分之百的说明一定有问题。
现在听性脑干测试结果出来了，全部数据都正常。图形也是正常的。中国医生已经看过
了，说没有问题 是正常的。美国下一个专家约的是五月初。我想结论也会是没有问题。
但是美国测试听力那个人报告后面加了一句自己的话。他最后结论这样写的
all absolute ,inter-latency peaks and intercultural latencies were recorded
within normal limits, however poor waveform morphology on both ears may
suggest retro cochlear involvement.
我想他把举手测试那个也考虑进去了。可是问题是，听性脑干测试是个独立的测试，不
需要他考虑任何因素。这个测试不需要孩子的配合。是硬性指标，没问题就是没问题。他报告写着MAY 那这么弱的预期 就是有没有问题 他都没有责任了。

胎停、流产或习惯性流产对女性的伤害非常大。这是因为它带来的不仅仅是身体上的伤
害，心理层面上的影响更深更远更可怕。在此对其各种原因进行一一探讨，希望可以帮
到一些需要帮助的朋友。
原因之一：不好的胚胎造成胎停，生化妊娠，早期流产或习流
究其原因又细分为：
A.卵子老化：卵子老化是大龄女性生育的头号杀手：因年纪大出现的染色体变异在女性
35岁以上显得更为常见。在42岁以后，这一变异的倾向更加厉害--几乎达到85%甚至更
高的变异率。
检查方法：出现胎停或流产，检查留出物中胚胎有染色体变异，但夫妻双方遗传基因染
色体检查均正常，主要就怀疑为卵子老化出现的染色体变异。如果试管婴儿的话，一般
染色体变异的卵子受精以后，不能发育成胚胎，或生存不到第五、六天。但也有部分可
以继续生育，却导致生化妊娠或者胎停/流产，主要取决于这个不正常的胚胎走得多远。

都D&C了。我35，老公40, 因为第二次是葡萄胎，所以两年内都没敢再试孕，现在想重
新开始。去了infertility，查了free T4，prolactin，AMH，老公查了semen analysis
。大部分都正常，只有sperm morphology不大正常，只有1.5% (5-9%)。还给开了HSG，
但是我不大想做，因为前两次都是试孕3个月怀上的。
国内的大夫建议我们双方都查一下染色体，可是这边的大夫了解了我和老公的家族病史
后，似乎没有开的意思。我想再主动给大夫提一下，请问版上的各位姐妹都做得什么染
色体检查？英文怎么说？一般保险（Anthem Blue cross blue shield）能报吗？如果
自付的话费用大概是多少？
另外，infertility的大夫说因为我老公的精子形态正常率很低，建议做IUI，我个人觉
得没什么意义，还是想今年再自己试一次，求建议！ |

稿件a 可能用过b的图，
稿件c可能截取了这张重复的sem的一部分？
还是应该指出来吧。不过也许材料很相似，所以sem打出来很像，也是有可能的。
可以委婉的问是不是跟a,b中的morphology相似，所以才有类似的sem？
如果是一眼就能看出来是截取的，那还真是无语 |
