在美国做semen analysis，其中有一项叫做Kruger strict morphology，稍微有点低
美国大夫说这项检查是关于精子的形态的。
这个形态对于精子的质量来说到底有多关键啊？
问了个国内的大夫，说看不太懂这项结果，
因为国内这项检查的表述方式不太一样，所以他也不好下结论。
请教这儿懂行的大夫，如何把美国的检查结果换算成国内的？

Due to chronic stimulation, such as smoking. Depends on the size and
morphology on laryngoscopy. May need biopsy to rule out carcinoma in situ.
If it is very small, can monitor it by periodic laryngoscopy. Narrow band
image may also be helpful. Meanwhile, stop smoking; if have GERD, start PPI
and change life style such as no food 4 h prior to bedtime, take PPIs, no
smoking, no coffee and tea, et al.
There are not really meds for leukoplakia.

重复一遍，就丧失了cs的作用
你将来在选program？ research track？ 我收到好几个research track的 offer，大
部分的research track，让你的第三年，第四年做elective。 即使进了某一个track，
也不是板上钉钉的事情，可以换。
lili，我申请了两个专业，写了两个ps，其实前后都差不多，中间有一段我对病理理解
什么样，不要写的很复杂，很奇怪，写的简单一点，把故事讲清楚，人家能明白，ps
别人花五到十分钟就已经很不错了，我就是从头到尾，对临床的理解。 你要是想申请
不同的专业，要写不同的ps，有人甚至针对不同的医院。中间找地方冲突一下。 ps里

你的这个1nm的厚度变化是在整个坑表面均匀的么?不是均匀的，可以减少你的扫描范围
，尽控制得比较小。看看能不能看到表面的一下morphology变化，随着时间。你可以大
概测试以下你的AFM的drift是多少？有些AFM软件可以补偿Drift。
你这个表面变化以后，有没有一些机械特性变化啊？可以看看能不能用Force -
distance曲线看看可能性。

It is not 结构 ("structure") of metals. It is the "morphology" of the metal
surface.
Former term is usually about the arrangement of materials on the atoms and
molecules level, and the latter is mostly about how it "look" in either
micro or macro scale. |

couple of weeks after the drug is started. The mechanism is probably
different from idiopathic TTP which is generally from an immune process. The
hallmark of TTP are: thrombocytopenia and microangiopathic hemolytic anemia

deprivation amblyopia is considered the most severe form of amblyopia.
Usually here in the states, congenital cataract has to be taken out between
1-2 months after birth, followed by optical correction (usually contact lens

他的都还
好。上次12月做IUI的时候，第一次是19MILLION，第二次是21MILLION，不知道为什么
第二次还多
了些。这次是每次都大概有33MILLION。也想问问他们别的指标，但他们说这不是SEMEN
ANALYSIS，不测那么多的指标。
MM不用担心。虽然4.5MILLION听起来少些，可是从总量上说，不少了。应该不成问题，

发帖数: 117 | 37 2年多未准，原来在国内的时候查过老公的精子，有活力低的问题，好像是a级+b级还不
到10%，报告在国内，不记得了，但是标准好像是要60%以上。
然后我自己性激素六项一直就是FSH有点高，但是under10以下
在保险公司的要求下去了这家医院，因为这样我的保险才能cover。然后医生让我们做
了性激素，精子，还有输卵管造影等检查。
今天检查结果出来，医生就说我只有一点fhs高，就是9.98，其他没什么问题，这个大
概是提示我的卵巢功能相对我的年纪来说老了。
然后我老公就是精子有点不正常
normal morphology 是8%，但是正常应该是14%。
我要求给我们开点药，医生说吃药没用，没有什么药能吃，又说我们的问题不大，但是
又说针对两年未孕，IVF是最好的选择。然后要我下一次月经的时候去做一个ccct的检
查，然后下下次月经开始IVF。
然后在我的要求下才给我们推荐了一种复合维生素，自己可以去买的。都也没有说要给
我避孕药来让卵巢休息休息，以便ivf的时候卵巢能产出更好的卵子。国内是这样的治
疗方案哈。
然后我要求下才给了我老公的精子报告，然后我的血液检查报告和输卵管造影（HSG） |

DISCLOSUE 合约。
你们都没什么问题呀，FSH小于１０不算高，而且女生每个月FSH会有变动。精子问题也
不大呀，MORPHOLOGY ８％不算糟，吃点ZINC，FOLIC ACID什么的有可能好转。
而且你们干嘛一上来就IVF呢？女生要受好多罪的，医生应该先推荐IUI啊。难道你过了

是正常。你LG８％应该够了。
你的保险是PPO还是HMO，假如是PPO你应该自己可以挑选NETWORK里的医生，HMO就只能
你的家庭医生推荐或是保险公司指定了。你看医生时告诉他们你有保险，他们可能会要
你去向保险公司先要个REFERENCE NUMBER。这样你就不用担心了。
真好啊，有保险。我本来的保险很好，但从来没怎么用过；换成合同工后才知道自己错
过了多么好的BENEFIT。MM直接做IVF也好，省得夜长梦多。 |

发帖数: 117 | 40 MM，我是按反推的方法，既然MORPHOLOGY的精子只有8%，那是不是就说畸形的92%。我
的保险是PPO，但是医院也是保险公司指定的，只不过不需要OB的refer罢了。
我也是冲着保险才决定做IVF的，本来还下不了这么大的决心，毕竟苦头是要吃很多的。
另外我看别人说，精子质量不好做IUI的成功率很低，因为精子自己没办法冲破卵子然
后形成受精卵，还是直接做IVF的好。如果女方的原因的话，反而可以尝试一下IUI先。 |

i doubt there are many husbands here whose morphology is >30% using the

周。都
是第一天腹部坠涨，第二天流出块状的东西，然后就像例假一样结束。三次都没好好养
，也不知道怎么
养，就喝了点鸡汤，吃了两顿当归。最近一次在该来例假前测出怀孕，立马测HCG（75
），
Prog（29）。隔天开始下降，再隔天基本就没了。脑子都没反应过来就结束了。
然后就见RE，查激素，immun，SA。US做的时候正好接近排卵期，RE说卵泡大小很好，
内膜厚度也很
理想，就左侧输卵管看不清楚，废了好大的劲看到了一些，又觉得distended，怀疑积
水。再做HSG，
说是形状基本正常，两边管子都patent。
唯一不完美的是SA的结果，精子的数量，活力等等都很好，就是morphology正常比例只
有3%。按照RE
的说法，我们三次怀孕都没有任何困难（就是说都能怀上），如果精子畸形一般只会导
致不孕，因为畸
形的精子头部没法和卵子latch，就没可能concieve，听起来不能解释我们流产的原因
。最后我们的
case被诊断为subinfertility～

所以把我们定义为不明原因,但我仍然认为这是一个重要因素.
我四次IUI都没成,我第一次IVF取8个卵只配成3个,第二次ICSI取12个卵配4个.不过医生
也说不出是精子,还是卵子原因. |
