你不光是mow，还要trim。对女人来说，string trimmer比mower还要

The biggest boring thing with HOA is you have to pay annual fee
for ever when you own the house.
Suppose you live there for 30 years, and the HOA fee is $1000 p.a.,
then you have to pay $30000 which is estimated based on the assumpton

clips is visible on the lawn, kind of eye sore. That's why many folks end up
bagging the grass clips instead of mulching. |

There is a side discharge chute in every mower.
open the side discharge chute
or install the side discharge chute,
and you will discharge clippings to the side.
So that you won't have any mulch.
All clipping are left on the ground you mowed.
But if you want to collect the mulch,
please remove the side discharge chute
or close the side discharge chute. All clipping
will be sucked into the mulch bag, as you saw your neighbors

1) weekly lawn mowing, trim, edging
2) 2 times per years Trimming all the bushes
3) spray the weeds on all beds
4) pick up leaves in the fall( start Mid March, to all the leaves down( end
of December)
Total: $1500
(有2家邻居都用他的package,还有边上一家在卖房子的也让他管草坪,觉得应该还行吧?)
还有按周收费的,光割草,一次70刀,觉得太贵了
