production is not high. That said, you should be able to get ride of its
flowers easily with a mower since you have to mow your lawn anyway. |

不是紧邻的， 也不能share，中间的过道还要各分担一半的mowing. 我觉得你还是问问
的好，不知道你们有没有HOA,需不需要permit， 一般他们会告诉你，你的property
line在那里，然后就在沿着那里fence就好了。 |

No way you can finish it without a zero turn in less than 30 min. That is
after a few practice runs, the first few times will take more than 30min. |

toxic chemicals/mowing，长的倍好。可是HOA规定草坪面积不得少于50%的YARD面积。

mortgage+tax+insurance+maintenance+utilities.
2500 ＋1000＋500（including HOA）＋x+500 = 4500+x
其中x是maintenance费用，首先是新房，means landscape 从0开始，然后是每月的mow
、每季的除草施肥，每年房屋的例行检查等等。当然这些都可以不做，或者自己都可以
做，不过住豪宅还亲自干这些杂役，都不好意思和邻居打招呼。还要每月储蓄一定的维
护基金以备不时之需。这房子换个屋顶的20k～30k吧，空调也得10k～15k。 |

一般是隔天浇一次水，有时也天天浇。早上浇的。
三个月前才施了Scotts® Turf Builder® With PLUS 2® Weed Control。
但草还是不见涨。用2in mow，居然割不到草。
那土似乎结块了，浇一会儿就积起水了。
我也觉得那些可能是青苔。
但这是德州，天天烈日呀！ |

For people with small side lot, it should be OK, although it is always an
inconvenience to go between front and back yards, say for mowing and
gardening. But for people with significant side lot, like me, it is a much

等我从楼上冲下来,他已经割了大半院子.割草机把落叶全部碾碎,嵌在草地里了.气得我
