personally use MRTG much more than Cacti, a lot of companies are using both.
Went for several interviews, and found out most of them were using Cacti.
No comments on Cacti, since never used before.

今天的loan rate 降到了4.375% , 决定refinance 了, agent 发了一份cost list,
很贵 总数 $3382. 请有经验的大侠看一下,那些可以商量waive 掉?

打了好几天的电话,都是4.5% with 0 point. 今天WF给了我一个稍微好点的利率4.375
%,有点心动,发上来让大家帮忙看看,有什么需要negotiate的:

在NY,loan大概480K。 这两个tax 和 TITLE INS-OWNERS COVERAGE 合理吗? 貌似挺贵

第一次买房,对于贷款一头雾水。诚心请教一下懂贷款的朋友关于两个贷款公司给的报
价。房子四月初close, 15yrs fix, 20% down.今天接到两个报价,因为两个不论是
interest rate还是closing costs,都相差太多。所以请版上懂贷款的朋友帮我看看。
这两个报价应该选哪个。还有就是那个报价很低的,会不会里面有什么hidden fee没有
加上去?我现在能从两个对比中看到的就是貌似报价2(便宜的)没有include Title
Ins - Owners coverage这笔 (差不多有$2000)。 不知道除了这一项,还有什么事没
有算进去的。而且一般来说,最后做出来的loan paper会和这个estimate差很多吗?因
为是贷款菜鸟,所以问题比较多=)非常谢谢!
